    Definitely a better option than Fletcher anyway. Wins more headers and puts defenders under a lot more pressure.

    The thing is...Fletcher justified his starting place against Poland.

    And then when you're winning two - one and the other team are pressing. You dont throw on a striker. Can completely understand why Griff didn't play on Thursday

    Agreed. I've no doubt he would have been shortly getting told to strip when at 1-1, as soon as the second goes in, WGS is thinking of preserving the lead.
