Liam Henderson

We've got far too many midfielders. Send him away again for the season.

 

Still not developed physically enough to be first team starting material, probably still a year or two away from that. Technically good enough and smart enough player though.

I would be happy with that. If there's an opportunity for Henderson to go out on loan that's worth it for all parties, then I wouldn't be against that either.

I don't think he's good enough, probably better sending him out on loan to an SPFL club that will play him week in week out and monitor him from there.

 

I rate him tbh,seems to have forced his way into Brendans plans

 

Thoughts on his future here?

 

Not too sure, maybe loan him out again for a season and see how he is when he's back. Certainly wouldn't miss him if we decided to sell

 

Thought this was bumped because of transfer news. Anyway, I reckon with Johansen gone he might get a few opportunities this season, perhaps in the cups. It's up to him to take them.

 

Easily Scotland U21s best player tonight (BBC Alba) retained possession well and played some nice passes.

Jason Cummings been rank, can't believe some in our support see a player in him.

 

I've still got high hopes for the guy. I thought he was really good when he burst onto the scene. Kept things nice and simple and had a really good touch, and was prepared to make forward runs, too.

The loans spells have hopefully helped him. He's bulked up and he's not lost any confidence when it comes to taking possession and passes.

I saw Rodgers talking about how he needed to improve tactically. I hope he gets plenty of chances to show what he can do over the next few months.

looked like it went through the keepers legs but the keeper was crouching really low and it could have been interpreted as a foul on him which it wasn't. it looked ok.

 

They had loads of goal scoring chances but their end product was a bit rubbish. Seemed really good passing when on the ball but when in on goal not so good. Mind you they were time wasters falling all over the place and doing everything to slow the game.

 

Saw the replay. Yeah, I really don't know what the ref' is thinking. No foul whatsoever.

I agree with that. Midfield seems pretty good, but the strikers were just woeful.
