    British passports allow you to enter more countries without a visa than any other passport.

    If you visit the rcords office in Dublin with all the information you may have better luck as they keep all the relevant records there unless, of course, they were destroyed in 1916 by the brits.

    Finnish and Swedish passports allow entry to the same number of countries without a visa as British passports, I didn't know those countries had a history of colonialism.

    lost my brit passport about 10 years ago never got another. Travel everywhere with my Irish one. has me wondering as I was born in Belfast and have an Irish passport will I be a member of the EU and not a member at the same time??
