    Wolves level might have been a false one, but was Griffiths level false? That's the main thing, and truthfully, I think top level of League 1 was about right for him. Perhaps bottom half of the Championship, similar to what May is being linked with. I personally don't think there is much between the two players.

    That's personal opinion. I personally think Griffiths is a far better player and will prove it given time in his proper position.

    My point was/is that a promoted League 1 side are chasing May and not Real Madrid. Which is not what is being projected had you no clue who he was or who he played for and read this thread.

    He was a proven Championship level player. When we signed him, he had just scored 19 goals and basically kept Scunthorpe in the division. Slightly different scenario, considering May and Griffiths have never even kicked a ball in the Championship.

    League 1 actually.

    Lot of * comparing Wolves to Rotherham, Wolves may be a 'bigger' club but they are both at the exact same level and on merit, regardless of the size of club. What difference does that make anyway, we'd have half a team if we worried about the size of club players came from and would have missed out on some great players. VVD, Ambrose, Wanyama, Hooper, Brown etc all came from smaller clubs.
