We just need to go out and win the league, qualify again and find some quality two footed players, that's gonna help us progress now.

Nice talking bro. I totally agree with you. I would like to add that marking space (zonal) in a defensive corner its something really bad for a team which want to play in last sixteen of CL.

    Cheers to Celtic.

There exists not a team on earth that I have any ounce of respect for, aside from the bhoys. If I could pick two teams to progress, it'd be us.

Yesterday was a bit of a shocker. Must say, I expected Celtic to really rail us hard last night and either win or draw. Milan is in a current disaster, lead by what I can only explain as the worst coach in Milan history. He has lost this team, and our motivation has looked zero.

So, it was shocking to us perform as well as we did (which still wasn't great)... Seeing Mario give 110%, Kaka look 26 again, De Jong stand a brick wall. On my end it was pleasant.

While I expected more of a war against Celtic, you should all still be quite proud. Your fans are #1, the grounds (which Ive had the blessing of visiting) are just tops. Easily the most difficult place to play.

Gotta admit, Im happy my account wasnt activated yesterday, as it was hard seeing some of you predict 2-0, 3-0 wins against us... But Milan always finds a way in CL... as we say, it's in our DNA.

By the looks of it, Milan wont be in CL next year, after the worst start in our history... so I'll be waving a green flag next year.

    Cheers.

ps: I think you're the only lot of fans who respect Balotelli... makes me love you more

well that was a load of pish

worst performance of the season in the most important game so far of the season

so many negatives in fact too many to mention

dont really know why he neil changed the central midfield again we are struggling for consistency in there

should have been mulgrew ledley and kayal in central midfield with derk and samaras playing wide and stokes or pukki up front we were never gonna play balde although i believe he should have had a lot more chances in the 1st team by now as we are not scoring anywhere near enough goals had he been we might have been able to play him up front last night

we really needed a central midfield 3 against milan last night

commons just couldn't get into the game was to slow and was crowded out right from the start, champions league is too much for him

the pope heard about all the excessive drinking that goes on in glasgow ...

so he asked Milan to go to Glasgow and deliver a sobering up message to the bhoys and all their followers.

that message was delivered and Green tinted specs cannot veil the message

We were up against it the moment our giant of a goalkeeper decided it was best to stay on his line and allow Kaka to head home from 3 yards. He seriously needs to improve that part of his game otherwise he'll never be a real top keeper in my eyes. The Milan keeper didn't look all that great either, but at least he was trying to fist everything clear within range.

It's difficult enough against opposition in CL football without handing them a goal of a start.

I actually thought Milan played well in stages, with Kaka and Balotelli looking on form.

Samaras and Commons were poor, and Forrest never came out for the second half.

Big improvements needed, as the difference in class was there to see last night.

Past blaming the players. The fundamentals of defending are clearly wrong on the training ground. Were having a hard time keeping a clean sheet in the league never mind the CL.

Back to the basics I think because from the top down excluding lustig and possibly sammy and van dijk something just aint right at all levels.

Lenny said the players are self motivated to perform at the big stage....well thats not what I seen last night.

We got a tanking last night for all the reasons Lenny listed in his post match appraisal of the game, but also because Forster was MIA for the first two goals, both came from headers in our six yard box, and Forster was rooted to his line in both instances, shocking goalkeeping, as the six yard box should be the domain of any competent goalkeeper, we had no chance after those two blunders by Forster.

The thing that has annoyed me most is how naive we have been this season in the CL in comparison to last year. We've given away stupid stupid goals, particularly in the two Milan games. We just wouldnt have conceded those goals last year.

A lot of it is to do with Wanyama leaving I think, we dont have him shielding the back four anymore and it shows. Last night when we were one goal down Milan must have broke on us atleast four or five times and they looked like they were going to score each time, we had no central midfielder in the picture. I know we were a goal down but pushing both centre mids forward and leaving your defence unprotected at that level is * stupid, it was actually embarrassing.

Mulgrew is never in a million years a centre mid at CL level, looks totally uncomfortable there. His delieveries from set pieces haven't been as good as last season either, so I dont see what he brings to the team to be honest.

Commons gives the ball away far too much, and has create * all in the five games. Lennon puts him in the team because he has a very good shot on him, and he is capable of a bit of magic, but I dont think that merits starting games in the CL, particularly against teams that are obviously better than us.

Samaras was just useless.. the only time he plays well is when he plays on the left, and even still hes more suited to when we are counter attacking so even if he played on the left last night I dont think he would have done much to be honest.

I reckon getting to the last 16 of the CL last season has got to some players heads and they thought they wouldnt have to work as hard this season to repeat it, that it would just come together...

Have to say well done to you lot as well. 3-0 was a shock tbh and I expected it to be much closer , and on another night it would have been.

Seeing Kaká get a standing ovation from Celtic fans was fantastic to see. Much respect.

Thats what happens when you lose your 3 best players and only replace one of them.

I don't agree with you about Ledley, I actually thought he brought a bit of composure in midfield when he came on, but Kayal is * horrendous. I was glad he got injured, so that I didn't have to endure watching him for 90 minutes. Even right before the match people were telling me Kayal was one of our best. This has proved my point, he is not Champions League level, and I never thought he was.

Kayal started brilliantly, so much so they started kicking him about.

What? He was awful. Gave away the stupid freekick which put us under pressure. Typical Kayal. Did nothing but give away the ball.
