There are plenty of teams playing in popular leagues.

Maybe one of them can sustain you until Scottish Football picks up again.

Old Firm what you been smoking:56: Seriously that died when Rangers died. It winds they * up aswell when a tell them it's impossible to have an old firm because even if it's the same fans, same stadium, Murray park and what ever else. Its still a new club. Don't let them forget it. Liquadation means the end, and the Old Firm tag went with that.

Same posters on wanting the newco saying they miss a challenge blah blah * blah,* the zombies they can go sit in their own * for all I care, these people salivating at the thought of drawing them need to get a grip,we are Celtic we don't need to hang on to some other team or old firm tag,and the only reason the * over at Ibrokes are making noises about playing us is the * ticket money :bbpd:

    :56: Made me laugh.

Any home tie will do me, if it turns out to be newco then so be it, although I dread to think what the hordes would be like at the game, frothing at the mouth...eyes bulging out their heads, releasing all that pent up hatred during 90mins....could get ugly.

Have a feeling we'll get Aberdeen at Pittodrie.

    Meeting sevco in the cup

If we draw sevco in the Scottish cup , what will everyone's view become
On the old club / new club become ? If it's the same club then expect to
Pay 42 bucks a ticket . If it's not the same club then , we should be paying the same as playing any lower league team . I don't think I would be willing to go
42 quid cos I firmly believe they are gone . No old firm anymore however , I think Lawell would look to capitalise on them . What's your views ?

Sevco are certainly not the same club, but we are - and you can guarantee that Celtic will milk the game for all it's worth (well I don't think it'd be worth £40 + for a ticket against them but you know what I mean).

Any game against this NEW CLUB will only benefit them in terms of publicity/help the media build up this old firm * etc. We don't need the publicity, so * them.

I wonder what their ticket allocation would be if we got them? Would they get as many tickets as old rangers?

When it does happen, it'll likely be the biggest game in world football that day, that's for sure.

We are playing three of the most renowned clubs over the next couple of weeks and then people start threads like this...

EDIT: for future reference and because threads were merged: by "threads like this", I mean threads about Sevco specifically, not threads about the Scottish Cup.
