If we could get his fitness up, I genuinely think he could still do a job for us, he still scores in all the testimonials!

He will come back to negotiate the deal that brings young Jordan to Celtic.

Can definitely agree with having him in as a striker coach. We are not clinical enough at the moment so having him in for that would be a massive help.

Only if they make up a DMcG type role for him with forwards which would be class, IF he wanted it.

Not in the driving seat though.

I don't even want to think about replacing Neil Lennon tbh.

A coach for our strikers would be nice, I know it's not a management role so he probably wouldn't take it but I can dream :D

If he cuts it as a manager elsewhere I would love him back. Don't subscribe to the risk that it would impact his legend status if he failed as for me he is a * and always be.

I would love him back at the club in some capacity....coach, manager....either would be good.

If it went pear shaped I wouldn't think any less of him....he is and always will be a Celtic Legend, that will never change.

I'm sure he himself doesn't want to tarnish his reputation(It wouldn't if he failed as a manager imo) so he would only ever come to Celtic as a manger if he was confident in his own abilities to do a solid job at Celtic, if you offered him the job right now I don't think he'd take it

I got a feeling he'll be our manager at some point.

Maybe, I'd not want him back unless he was well established and successful already, I was against Lenny becoming manager at first because he's a club legend, I'd hate for a legends time here to be tainted by an unsuccessful managerial stint.

Coming back as a striker coach, I'd be more than up for that.

He could definitely teach Stokes, Pukki and especially Balde a thing or two.

Yes i think he will but i wouldnt want him to be manager for the same reason a few people have mentioned but would love him here as a strikers coach or something that would be fantastic
