No coincidence that our two best chances came when the crowd got fired up & started pushing the team forward. I was singing at the top of my lungs for 90 minutes & I was in the minority in my section. The Jock Stein stand & the Main Stand were poor at creating atmosphere but there's no surprise there. The atmosphere was still good but it wasn't what I was expecting. There were a lot of lulls when Barça were attacking.

Proud of our performance tonight. I didn't think we played very well in the first half but we were good value for a point over 90 minutes despite Barcelona obviously playing the better possession football. Daft kick out from Broony & that Jedward-looking *, Neymar, cheating cost us.

Iniesta: "Important victory. It's so hard to win in Celtic Park, what an atmosphere!".

Understandable, Camp Nou is like the cemetery of my hometown at 3am.

I can see where you're coming from and I understand the point, but if that's the case then not only do I fear for our chances, I fear for the game itself, surely it wasn't just me who saw that ref as being weak, more weak than we've had in the past. Again not just going on the Brown incident but the man gave a few soft free kicks to Barcelona, 2 in their penalty box in the first half that spring to mind. Now im not for a minute saying had those free-kicks not been given we'd have scored cause im not, but it lets the game keep running the way we all want it to be played.

referee's like him should not be given the chance to referee on that big a stage for me.

Watch any Man Utd, Arsenal or Chelsea home game in the CL and the place would be half empty if they were losing 1-0 with a minute to go, again another piece of credit to our fans who bar a few stayed to the end and roared on the team.

Was also a great touch by us giving Iniesta such a great round of applause when being substituted, sometimes you just have to sit back and realise you have watched a true legend and show respect, you know you have made your mark in football when opposition fans recognise you like they did tonight

I left the ground a bit late after the final whistle and saw the Barca fans still being held behind in their section, they were singing Celtic songs to a man, again big credit to them.

I was in the North Upper and could see several hundred seats behind the ITV box unused, thats criminal in my view.

Time for my paranoid side to resurface. I think that the "big" teams in the CL tend to benefit from referees way too often. I dont just mean for games we're involved in. It seems that way too many of them go into games with an almost pre conditioned mentality. Hard to explain but its not often you see teams getting the 50/50 calls against the likes of Barca/Madrid/United etc.

Brown is a idiot one off the biggest games off his career and he kicks Neymar needlessly . It was the like when Terry kicked Sanchez a few years ago shocking could cost us qualification or 3rd place he's meant to be our captain , what sort off captain does that? idiot

We say this because the difference in class between the players is extraordinary! We were competing , very well, against a whole team of WORLD CLASS players, players that are playing in what some people believe to be the best team, ever.

I think it's understandable that the atmosphere was flat at times, when they continued to attack and we weren't getting forward much.

YNWA delivered though, as it always does. Those watching on STV missed the * CL anthem but, thanks to those * deciding to go to an ad break.

Also, as noted above, the rendition of the Celtic Symphony all around the ground when Brown got sent off and defiance took over in the stands was spine tingling. Not much to sing and dance about during the course of the game itself though. The place will be rocking if we can get off to a good start against Ajax in a few weeks.

Great effort tonight. All the players worked socks off. Special mention to samaras who covered every blade of the hallowed turf. Big van * looked assured. Our one fault and it has haunted us in domestic games as well was ball retention and creativity and cutting edge in final third. Unfortunately we are not scored on effort and are left with no points. Browns hot headidness and that * neymars theatrics cost us a point

Spanish TV broadcasted the preliminaries of the match and it was incredible. YNWA, This is Paradise tifo, but specially the chants. It's incredible the way you supported the Bhoys tonight.

I'll agree with you there, but for me that opens up a whole new debate for a different thread, that the Champions League itself is engineered in its setup to help the 'big'/'rich' teams get bigger/richer... to call it the Champions league is a falsehood in itself, as it is not a Champions League anymore.

Money talks. and the big will inevitably get bigger and the rich, richer but that's for another day.

For me, looking at the whole our campaign has not been as bad as the 0 points would have us believe, i'm confident in our team, our manager, our club as a whole to still do well and I know we have the ability to qualify, if not for the last 16 then definitely the Europa league. I still think in the perspective of the last 3 years then i'd say we're progressing quite nicely, especially given our financial restraints

The futures bright... the futures green and white! :50:

To be honest im sick of it as well, not so much tonight as i was after san siro. I think we need to develop a more ruthless mentality a confidence that we belong on this stage and that we wont just compete but will punish mistakes and will claim thevictories we deserve no matter how unlikely. I think the two games coming up will define our campaign.if we claim 4 points and then beat milan at least 3rd should be ours
