They'll be jumpin' oot the windees whin we win!
read the following in the Telegraph, anyone hear anything about this?
"Gordon Strachan's preparations for the new season continue to run smoothly after his Celtic side emphatically brushed aside Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road yesterday.
Strachan, who refused to be drawn on reports that he is keen to bring former Celtic midfielder Shaun Maloney back to the club from Aston Villa, believes his players are in good shape before they embark on their campaign to retain the Scottish Premier League title."

every now and again he would show the class that would make him an assett but the fact remains that these instances were too few and far between and that led to his transfer to someone who could remember his better days (MON). I hope he does good at Villa but I don't see any reason to take him back unless its on a free - and that ain't gonna happen! S'long Sean - enjoy your mid table struggles.

Nearly * when i heard this one. Let him stew in mid-table mediocrity coz he * us. Kept the club hanging on for months over new deal and then 'jumped' on the last day of the window. Another one that got too big for his boots too soon and took the riches of other clubs. * him.

have u seen a handsome hun

    he believed the hype.
    and chased the £
and showed his true class in leaving after the club looked after him
    through his bad injury.
must admit i was a fan when he played well.
but he was very inconsistant and relied on his prowess at freekicks.
i quite enjoy players who leave and struggle.....petrov, maloney, nicholas & the classy liam miller to name but a few.

    * him.... let him rot..... i said on here when he left that within five years he'd be at either pittodrie or gorgie.

    nae luck weeeeee man

Exactly....NO. The wee nyaff spent a long time on the treatment table whilst the club stood by him. Rumors can be fun at times but this is plain wall bangin material.....enjoy the mid table obscurity:celt_2:

yeah i read that this morning. do not think he would be made welcome back at the club by supporters. i think hes a good player and we could have got a lot more out of him. but the bottom line is that he left us for money. do not come back :)
