His character is by the by, he is a good player but I just don't think he'd ever properly make it at Celtic because forwards with poor goal scoring records never do.

    Seemed overwhelmed at Celtic.

Good for him and I hope they buy him.

Out of his depth at Celtic. Glad he's found his level.

Hopefully we'll recuperate some of our initial outlay on him.

  5. His minute to goal ratio has actually always been good.

    He averages a goal every:

    SPL 177 minutes
    Bundesliga 136 minutes
    Finnish League 173 minutes
    Danish League 110 minutes
    Europe 152 minutes

So he is fairly prolific when he plays averaging wherever he goes. In his whole Club career he's averaged a goal every 179 minutes(just under 2 full games).

Think his problem is that he seems very quiet and is a bit lightweight, so must never really be highly thought of by management or team mates.

He's played the equivalent of 89.5 full matches in club football and has 45 goals and 22 assists.

If he moves to Brondby then will probably see him the English Championship in a season or two after. There's a good player in there but he needed to hit the ground running to get a run in the team. Gonna miss the Pukki party's :54:

He was and presumably still is * * :smiley-laughing002:

Don't think he knows how to lash the ball. Never seen so much side-footery in my life.

He did score this little peach which was quite lashing.

I felt bad for Pukki. Defo a player in there just not really a box striker.
Hope he does well and goes on to have a good career. Just don't think it'll be at Celtic

  10. Hope he's getting some good nights kips now, we wanted bags of potential, not under the eyes..

40 goals in 157 domestic games is not even close to being 'fairly prolific' even factoring in the fact a large chunk of them are from the subs bench.

He's a good footballer, he just isn't a prolific goal scorer and never will be.

What a load of crap. He's played with Raul and Huntelaar for example, was the fans favourite in Schalke. I dont think he's overwhelmed by the likes of Mulgrew or Commons, nobodies compared to his former teammates.

The only thing he might be overwhelmed is the lack of support he was getting from the supporters. Pathetic *.

He's show that he can play and score in a better league than the shait SPL, so there might be something wrong somewhere else than just his performances.

Well that's the huffiest post I've ever saw on here.

Why do you think he couldn't cope at Celtic?

Just cool down, mates. What's gone is gone. Pukki is a special player in many ways, I only hope he finds his place and plays well.
