    what a difference compared to the game against Ajax a couple of years ago really came out of his shell under Ronny, was the most calm & composed on the ball tonight and is getting better every game will be our most important player if we qualify for the champions league i think.:50:

    Used his frame to perfection today. That's the part of his game we all singled out. We said if he could add that to his game he'd be a top top player. Low and behold - he's a top player.

    The thin I find so amazing about this guy, is his ability to look as though he's after running into trouble and he's *. Next thing Brown is bombing forward with the ball at his feet.

    I genuinely can't remember a player progressing so much in such a short space of time for us. In about 9 months he's went from a decent enough passer who shites out of 50/50s to an all round ball winning midfielder/playmaker/box to box midfielder monster who is one of the best if not the best player at the club.

    He's always looked a class act, just seems to have far more belief in himself now. Loves a wee run forward with the ball nowadays. Added a bit of aggression to his play aswel.

    I have always rated him(not just saying that to be a billy big baws look at me I'm right) but even when he was getting a bit of stick it was obvious he needed time to settle.

    The 'shitebag' myth that was evidently surrounding him was just that. A myth. He was never as bad as folk made out.

    You don't come within an inch of signing for Man City from some backwater Israeli side if there isn't something about you. Now we are seeing that.
