Honestly, I'm just utterly depressed by this football club at the moment. The performance tonight was shocking, as were both our SPL games so far and our two performances against Elfsborg. We have a * team at the moment, really really boring and *.

    I'm a lawwell fan,I'll admit that..

Tonight though I can understand the frustration and anger that's been brewing amongst some of the support..
But as I keep saying tonight whether we had a new striker or not we should still be getting results in Kazakhstan/Sweden/Ireland and domestically so it's not entirely down to the board and why I'm blaming Lenny mainly for team selection and tactics or lack of it and change plus the inept performance that ran through the whole team today..

    It was bad,really bad..

What we had out there should be getting a result against a team like that..

But.......if hooper and wanyama had been replaced the team shape would have been different dont you think ? come the end of this transfer window, lawwell will come out with his usual 'we tried' its a stick on

The way I feel right now is that the way Lawell is running the club we may just flog off the whole team while we're at it and play our youth team to still walk the league and charge us a tenner to get in as that seems to be the height of his ambition

Hooper and wanyama were our best players, they were always gonna be hard to replace like for like..
But they both wanted away and we got good fee's,we've tried bringing in players but it hasn't worked(yet)..
We have left ourself a bit bare but we still have enough in the tank to beat the sides we have faced we all know that..

I just prey to * we get through next week first and foremost and get the cheque book out after..

Problem is two fold. A decent striker, midfielder and cb would have helped however we should be able to destroy elfsborg and shakter. We often hear the excuse of lack of money and resources when we are beaten by lukes of juve. By same logic our budget dwarfs that of elfsborg and shakter. For me lennons reign has been littered with atrocious displays, ross county, st mirren, elfsborg, utrecht etc. Team selection puzzling, style of play ugly, lack of goals and an apparent lowering of expectations.
We got an extremely lucky draw facing the lowest ranked opposition and the performance was totally inadequate.

See this aswell everybody knew we had 3 qualifiers coming up see this wildcard player and hoping it would work by just throwing them in I say it would have simply not been on even without knowing the outcome! Why have we waited so long they all must have known we would sell hooper wanyama and probably didn't really expect it with Wilson we have had plenty and I mean plenty of time to get this all done

The other thing that I haven't considered yet is where the * does dermot Desmond figure in all this. Surely he can see its totally unacceptable the way his minions are running the club, or perhaps he's quite happy who knows. One things for sure if I was him I would be asking serious questions

this was a poor poor mistake to have not locked up a striker since last january. We knew Gary was going.

I'm not gonna say lawell is the worst thing since the plague and the *, but this was really really bad.

also, I don't understand what lenny was doing not changing it up, it clearly was not working as we were lined up. Was there no plan B?

do we know our budgment dwarfs shakhters? a lot of clubs around there have wealthy backers. we're in business for ourselves

Totally agree. But who's to say lenny would have played any new striker we may have bought. Jesus he played tonight with no actual striker against a very poor side. Did he think we were playing Barcelona?

Desmond doesnt give a flying * about celtic since the door to england was firmly slammed shut in our faces, all we are to that * is a plaything for pandering to * parasites like rod stewart and connelly, neither one of those 2 * have ever did anything for the club, yet they get a name plaque and a heated seat for life

Who's to blame more the board or Lenny?? In my opinion Lenny!!
Yes we have not replaced the players we sold, but we still have a good enough squad to beat this mob, yet Lennon and his poor tactics, poor choice of players, lack of awareness, stubbornness and overall bad decision making lost the game last night.
