Big Brother is back

BB hits our screens on Friday. The walls between the living room and the bedrooms are made of glass so there is no hiding. Also something about an unlucky 13th housemate whose life will be made * for the duration.

Anyone know anything else or rumours?? Canny get enough of BB!

Oh * please no no no !!! Not Big Brother, anything but Big Brother !!! It can't get any worse can it ? We blow the league, Martin leaves and now another series of Big Brother, if we lose the cup on Saturday, that will be the last straw, expect to find me hanging from the Kingston Bridge underneath will be a note saying 'A bad season was hard enough to take but it was Big Brother that finished me'.

 

No dissing big bro it's an amazing show lol.

 

I quite like Big Brother, I know it's really sad though. Watched every one since the first. Last year's was hilarious though, coz it was full of weirdos!

i like big bro,dont watch it fanaticly like some people,lol,watch it some nights during the week,if its good like.quite enjoyed last years one,loved marco!! he was brillant! i loved the year way jade,kate,alex n all. duno what it'll be like this year,hopefully quite good give me something to watch in the weekdays if im not out. the night though im for watchin the top 20 housemates on channel 4,want to see whos no#1,lol! its on at 11.35,ive got a test n all the mora,but ah well,i never go to bed till late!

 

This would be brilliant if someone actually did this - still wont make me watch though.

'Quiet cash' for Big Brother house
A broadcaster is launching a "public spirited" attack on reality TV - offering £70,000 to Big Brother contestants if they refuse to speak on the next series.

The contestant who manages to stay silent throughout their stay on the 11-week series stands to walk away with as much cash as the victor of the Channel 4's show.

Satellite network UKTV described its new prize as a "public-spirited" attempt to "diminish the amount of mindless drivel generated by the deluge of reality TV shows".

The network, which has been responsible for shows like Watching Paint Dry - an ironic attack on the genre - said that the prize was designed to help put an end to Big Brother "inanities".

A UKTV spokesman said: "Any contestant who manages to keep it zipped will be doing Britain's TV viewers a huge favour."

The new contestants are set to enter the Big Brother house on Friday, the sixth series of the successful show.

Contestants can still claim their UKTV prize even if they speak while nominating other housemates in the diary room or talk while completing their tasks, in order to fulfil their contractual obligations with Channel 4.

Examples of inane remarks from previous Big Brother shows include Helen Adams's "I love blinking, I do" and "How much chicken is there in chick peas?"

Emma Greenwood's "Can you take a picture through a camera?" question from the last series, and the infamous Jade Goody's "Where's East Angular? I thought that was abroad" also rank as the kind of comments UKTV says it wants to see less of.

Charlotte Ashton, director of network programming at UKTV, which describes itself as a reality-free zone, said: "£70k is a small price to pay to improve the quality of one of Channel 4's most popular programmes."

 

Don't think I can handle another BB, first couple were ok but last year was awful! I mean they let a Rangers fan on it! NEED I SAY MORE!

lol,i watched bits of it coz i was on the phone,but i had to laugh at the last man/women,lol to go into the house! reminded me so much of this man in coleraine that wants to be a women&the day we seen him&jesus christ,he was in a skirt,heels,had make-up&a wig n all on!!!! he looked like mrs doubtfire,only worse! funniest thing ive seen all day,lol! that doll way the long black hair is supposed to be a witch n all!!

Thats what everyone says every year mate...then it grows on people like a rancid hellspawn..

I hate it!!!!

 

Every year i rip the S**T out of Big Brother and go on about how i wouldnt watch it if my life depended on it!... Every year i also watch it all and end up hooked!

So with no further hesitation lets start the big brother cycle, I hate BB its rubbish get it off my TV, your sad for watching it..
