I personally would love it if he came to celtic the guy has goals wrote all over him but i dont see celtic matching their value of the player sadly we seem to under value players these days always look to try and get them cheap with a few exceptions like bangura who IMO we payed for to much for but at least recouped money on him by loaning him out etc .

we have made plenty of money maybe the days of high spending or bringing in 5-6 mill signings are gone but IMO when u make as much money as we have in the past year and show figures of 0 debt and we lose our best players for big fee's then we should be making exceptions our fans deserve a bit of quality brought in something to get us excited

Just wish we'd hurry up and sign him, I know we can register one next week, but why wait? It gives us the option to sign another player before the game if one is needed. We need a striker, we have the money - spend it.

 

Haha no mate, but this kind of deals must take quite some time, it looks like a deal is on the table and Park was there yesterday! So surely there must be a meeting going on? I belive so!

 

The good thing is that Celtic tend to keep all their business quiet until it's actually been finalized.

Look at Redknapp doing an interview a couple of weeks ago saying that Hooper will be an excellent addition to the squad for them and talking about how many goals he scores. Then he goes and joins Norwich. Lawwell wouldn't risk the same happening to us.
