The Northern Scottish are garbage actually, whos the best ever Northern Scottish player? Denis Law was he from Aberdeen? cant think of any others. One player theyve produced in the last 50 year.

Forster is better than Ruddy. Also Cech isn't flawless as a keeper. I reckon Chelsea could end up making a move for Forster as their number 1, they need one or two English players in their team and Forster is an England international. If Chelsea want him the asking fee goes well over 10 million.

 

Chelsea already have in my opinion the best keeper in the World at the minute out on loan. Certainly the best young keeper at least in my mind.

Serious note....Barry Robson from Inverurie. Cooper was decent, and went to Primary school just up the road from where I stay now....Law is indeed an Aberdonian....much of the 1983 team was from Glasgow or nearby like Miller / McLeish...Strachan obv fae Edinburgh.....

Maloney I would count as an Aberdonian , as does he despite Malaysia place of birth.....

But yeah - generally *. Still not * all like ROI / Northern ireland which actually DO have different football teams, however!

 

People from all 32 counties can play for ROI. People(not all) from all 32 counties support ROI. NI really only a regional team than does not even represent all the people in its region.

I would suspect every one of our players has a price which we would not refuse. I am sure if that price were 8 million for Forster and Chelsea bid 8 million we would except it. I think the price is really down to our clubs valuation.
