    The way it's worked now is they have two stands, the terrace behind the goal, and a side stand (BeesUTD). We have the traditional away stand and the other side stand ( both exclusively for Celtic fans). If they don't have the demand for tickets, then half of the home side stand (BeesUTD will be general sale to anyone i believe.

    So we're pretty much segregated now, which i prefer as it should aid the atmosphere.

    Surely the new arrangements would have been the most logical from the start!

    Looks as if the penny has finally dropped.

    In hindsight I can see why they were unhappy at all being chucked in he away end for the day!

    There is standing. Booked my tickets earlier, just phone them up and ask for standing tickets in the Celtic end.

    On the Brentford website there's information, just phone the ticket office there. Make sure you specify you're a Celtic fan!

    Tickets on sale now to the Celtic support by just ringing their ticket office and saying you're a Celtic fan 08453456442.

    Just ordered 7 standing tickets, a group of us English Celts heading to the match, should be a great day out! :celt_2::shamrock:

    I've heard they're suspending ticket sales for the away end due to them not being able to handle the demand. Not sure how reliable this is though, or what impact it'll have on tickets already bought or any future ticket sales, if there are any.

    That's pretty bad from Brentford (the message from their owner/chairman I mean). They're basically blackmailing their own and Celtic fans into attending, which may well backfire horribly for them.

    Why publicise the fact that they paid Celtic a fee? All it will do is turn their fans against their board and make them think ill of Celtic. I'm sure we get paid for every away friendly (except mybe St Pauli) but no-one else bleats on about it.

    Having said all that, i'm sure it will still be a good occasion. Handling and organisation has been rank * though.

    Just read that myself mate. It is like black mail. But I guess it was the only solution they could think of. By the sounds of things, celtic are already snapping up all the tickets.

    Did someone say they had to stop selling tickets to us because the home team aren't snapping them up as fast enough. They better show up in numbers because all this suspending ticket sales business is shocking. It effects celtic fans that are dying to go ... just as much as these twitter bam pots that have been winging.
