Well given he wasn't even on the bench for the cup final so yes you would have to think Gravesen could well be sold in the summer. Disappointing as I must admit I was very excited about us signing him at the start of the season. He has had some nice moments and hey he did score home and away against the huns. But certainly overall he hasn't lived up to billing this season not even close. Not happy to see Gravesen go if he leaves as I still think he is a good player but it looks like he will be on the way out now.

Gravesens agent John Sivebaek (old Man United player btw) says Tommy G. haven't heard anything about he should leave so he seems to stay and fight.

Just cannot see the point in keeping a player you have no trust in.

i think it would be a shame if graveson leaves. i think that too often we as a club refuse to give players a chance. in the old firm games this season graveson was the best player on the pitch, his only problem is that he needs to listen to strachan - although sometimes i feel strachans tactics are a bit vague. tommy is a player who needs to be told exactly what to do in a game as he is a new guy and hasnt settled into a particular position yet, not helped by his dotted run in the side.

when compared to hartley, i think graveson played much better, scored more goals, had a better tackling rate and a better successful pass rate. i also think that we lack good CMs and graveson is not only a proven player in this position he also has the kind of no nonsense, winning attitude we need here at celtic.

as for jarosik - sell him. he doesnt like scotland and scotland doesnt like him.

    * me, if he's better than Hartley then we really need to keep him - we can't be letting players of that calibre leave the club...

I relecutantly figured with Gravesen so out of favour by the end of the season that he didn't even make the cup final bench that for sure he would insist on leaving never mind whether Celtic wanted to sell him or not. But if he stays I will be happy with that. With a full pre-season behind him and being settled into Celtic and life in Glasgow hopefully we will see the best of Gravesen next season.

Good ridance for me .... at the level he was supposed to be, ie champions League material, which at the end he bought for, he failed BIG TIME ...., get rid I would say, use the resources on better replacement

probably the same for me. because of his high salary we can not afford for him to sit on the bench all the time. i really do hope he comes good but i don't see it.

Hi mate, I understand yer point, but he "was" brought in to perform as an established CL, international player.... his performances in CL were TOTAL crap, end of... and hartley will be on about 1/4 of the wages

    Agree.

I still think Tommy G. is better than Hartley and Jarosik, but with the signing of Brown I don't see a so high paid player as a reserve-.

lets be honest tho when Graveson was about to sign we were all loving it. he's a quality player just this season he seems to have lacked disipline and organisation in the centre of midfield. i'd say keep him for another season but he's on a ridiculous wage.

so basically everyone agrees its the collasol wage that does it?

then its done to be WGS and PL if they think he represents value for money and ill trust there judgment

one way or the other a dnt really care i like the guy and if he captures his form at everton for us * brilliant, if we can use the wage hes on to buy unatha top qaulity signin * brilliant:50:

He definitely hasn`t been the raging success we were all hoping for that`s for sure. I`d still like to see him fighting for his place next season but the way the last one ended (with him being dropped for the final) I can`t see it happening. Looks to me like there is a wedge between him and Strachan.

Not sure if Hartleys peformances in the CL will be any better. I don`t think he`s had a good game for us yet but he`s asked for time once or twice so hopefully by next season he`ll have settled.
