    players, when playing there last game for the club usually throw there top and boots into the crowd.
    is Lennon, by doing this, making it be known that his time at Celtic coming to an end ???

    I'm sure Common's recently gave a fan his boots,think it was two weeks ago.It's nothing more than a nice gesture to the fans who have supported them imo.

    I wouldn't read too much into the fact he gave his medal away; I'm sure he did the same thing last year. IIRC he said he didn't feel as a manager he deserved a medal as it's the playing staff who have won the title and he has his own medals from his playing days at home already.

    He was asked about this on radio yesterday and said it was because it isn't the real medal for winning the league, (that comes later from the SPL), it is a presentation medal. Still a fantastic gesture though.
