So a few lackluster performaces overshadows everything else for you?

4 wins in the CL qualifiers, getting through a really tough group and giving us our respect back on the european stage, a league title and possible double is less important than a few defeats and draws?

Also anybody touting Coyle for Lennys job has a short memory. The guy knocked us back for Burnley FFS.

We are heading for a downward slide if Lennon goes. The big players in the team have already had their bags packed for a while now, but if Lenny goes we will struggle next season, especially in Europe. How is a new manager supposed to get through the qualifiers when he's not had the time to introduce his own system? It cost us badly in Lenny's first season.

EDIT: And even more spectacularly, Strachan's first game.

You constantly focus on the negative.

I couldn't support Celtic like that.

We have had some fantastic nights in Europe this season and some great games at home in the league since Christmas and none of that ever registers on your radar.

I'd prefer him to stay but the Everton job would be a great move for him.

Don't call me a moron, you're a newbie on here so go learn the rules about giving other users abuse. I'm also not your friend, especially if you are going to call me a moron. :bbpd:

A very good season would have been winning the treble and getting one of the highest points totals in SPL history.

There are two ways of looking at that. That could be the springboard for Lenny leaving, alternatively could be the springboard for Lenny staying.
There are two sides to this coin

Agreed. This is the dark side of Lenny's year.He may be thinking we are going to lose the Scottish Cup and he might not be able to replicate the CL next year. One thing, I don't think if Lenny goes we will replace a rookie with another rookie.

That is completely unrealistic.

If that is your expectations every season then no wonder you complain a lot.

If he gets offered it he will take it. He's spoken in the past about one day managing in the Premiership and although this is sooner than most of us would've expected (including him, probably) it is the biggest job in England he is likely to get offered. I just can't see Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool, Man U or Man City ever offering it to someone in a one horse race league, regardless of success in Europe. Everton would probably be the next team on that list.

Roy Keane. We need a glowing beacon of optimism and vibrancy, which I’m sure we will all agree that Keano has. And if he can’t motivate the players, he can always beat them up! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

The problem is it has not been "a few" but several. Also you have completely ignored several of my other valid points.
