OP - I don't think has lost the dressing room, no. While the replies in this thread are typical and you where always going to take pelters for posting this. I don't think you are too far off the mark.

I don't think it will be long before he cannot motivate the players at all. I think the term losing the dressing room, people tend to think of bust ups, lack of respect and in general and the players ousting the manager.

But, there is clearly some issues. His attitude in the press and on social media will be doing himself no good with the players. Players like Wanyama, Hooper, Forster and maybe some others will know they can get a move away for more money in a more competitive league, Lennons attitude at the moment will not be doing anything to solidify these players decisions about leaving.

I also think he is running out of ideas in terms of motivation. This won't end well.

I think you have something here, it has happened far too many times this season, i really think Neil when it comes to cups and SPL games is struggling to find ways of motivating the players.

He keeps warning them that they could be dropped but he doesn't really drop the culprits. Next game against the Dons will show whether or not this team is going to respond and whether or not Lennon will shove a firecracker up their * and whether he sets the team out in the right formation too.

Indeed, Don't get my wrong I am not suggesting every player has that attitude, or any.

But I do believe there is not a player in that club that would not move on for more money down South, even the much loved Mulgrew or Brown.

Not to say, they will not be motivated though. We don't know what the bonus structures are at the club and what type of incentives they have. Neil, for all his success as a manager as well as his growth he needs to address this, quickly.

I think Neil is doing the best job anyone could in his position. Some players are less than convinced about what it takes to represent Glasgow Celtic, though, so to an extent you could say he has lost some.

You think he is doing the best job he can do?

In a league with no serious competition, we are going to have one of the lowest winning points counts in the league.

Also, we cannot buy a domestic cup.

Players look disinterested and a real lack of motivation. Some of his substitutions and tactics are extremely questionable.

He is doing the best job possible at our club? I highly, doubt that.

I agree with you in terms of individual results. The Celtic fans were short changed on Saturday for example.

I don't think you can accuse the Celtic players of ripping the fans off overall though. We're top of the league and have had a good run in Europe. Most fans would have taken that at the start of the season. So the players are on course to deliver what the fans wanted.

    I'm not picky.
    No he hasn't.

I think the biggest problem in the dressing room just now at matches, though, is complacency. I think certain players tend to think that they just have to turn up for some matches to win. I mean it's strange on how we can play so well against the likes of Barcelona, Spartak Moscow etc yet some of the same players seemingly don't put in as much effort at winning against teams like Ross County and St Mirren.

Now I know that playing against a team like Barcelona players will pump themselves up for it because it is a bigger game and they want to give it their all but for me, if a player isn't going to give his all against ANY side then he shouldn't be in the team.

Yes. Without competition in the league, selections and rotational tactics.

We got knocked out of both , i must have missed one of them games.

We have no divine right to win any games but one leg cup
games are notorious for throwing up surprise results, not just against us.
The league is the the main thing

    Away you go.

We are playing in a league where we are the best club, by country miles. What we spend on our players and in general, a club our size should have had more domestic success.

    Do you not agree?

I think the problems lie in the league we play in ..If we played 442 week in week out then the players would bet bored and not feel they were being challenged enough. Also other teams would know our style of play and try and match up like for like , by changing the system now and again will help stimulate them .
If we cant try something different when we are 15-18 points clear with a handful o games to go then when can we ?
. Neil i believe is doing a great job keeping the guys going and is giving teams something to think about , the game on saturday was always going to be difficult they are on a great run and we were 2-0 up so the system obviously worked for a while , by no means is he losing the dressing room ..

I don't think he's lost the dressing room, i just think some players don't like him.

If you lose a game against a better team, or are out played it's understandable. But it's purely down to something being missing. It could be sticking with two big guys at center half, a midfield five, with the playmaker in the middle, as opposed to being out wide.

Yeah he's totally lost it. A great source told me he's also lost his change for the bus as well.

Rumour has it that it's down the back of Lawwell's couch.
