Our previous managers haven't dropped him since he was made captain because of just that, he was made captain and no one has had the balls the take it from him as they probably fear it will cause a backlash with the fans

 

That's how I see it, the energy hid a lot of his faults, but now that seems to be away.

It's actually boarding on embarrassing that this guy is our captain, I never thought he really was a captain anyway, there should have been players with the armband way before him, but what is done is done on that front.

I just think he should be moved on, do I think someone will take him, probably not.

It feels silly saying it, but even at 31, he needs to prove his worth to the team. Just as much as GMS and Armstrong do. He used to be a player that drove us forward as recently as the beginning of last season, but he feels like one of many empty jerseys just now.

 

The last time I remember seeing some energy and drive from Bronny was the 6-0 game against Dundee at home. He stopped them counter attacking after GMS lost the ball in the 90th minute with a great run and tackle.

I can't see that returning. He will play a part for us but he should not be starting every game. He's been a good servant for us and reading between the lines of the interviews hes done the past year, he knows his time is up. His body has had enough.

This is what happens after every defeat though, our eyes are wide open, we all know the faults but this time next week we'll convince ourselves that everything is okay again and Brown just needs time, or recovery from injury or some other * excuse.

 

I must add he is * at taking to the media, he doesnt speak well at all and that gives me a lack of confidence in him

 

Bitton, Brown and Johansen..

Are three big decisions for Rogers.. If Rogers is as good as we think, this time next year all three will have been shown the door..

Have to admit this is true, he hasn't got much between the ears and is a terrible ambassador and captain for the club when conducting press conferences, interviews etc. Can barely string two coherent sentences together just like his passes on the pitch, I cringe listening to the guy.

The PC he done next to Heskey for the Leicester friendly coming up was shocking, he shouldn't be put in that position because he is representing the club every time he opens his mouth on club duty for things like that.

We need to make someone like Erik our captain, someone who is a real leader and performs on the pitch, whilst also able to handle all the media aspects well as well.

If Scott is still recovering from this injury he should be honest and take a back seat for now.

 

Go and look at Stefan johansens thread at the start of his poty season.

 

Looks exact same as last season after his injury, should be kept out for a while yet just to make sure, McGregor just now I would rank as our best sitting mid and should be starting every game.
