One day you are winning the AFCON and the next you are getting slaughtered for a performance in one single game.

Shame for the big man, bit of a mare but I don't think one football player would say they are not 100%, would you? The great MoN done the exact same in a European Cup Final, luckily Clough knew!

His attacking headering is shocking but I like him. He had a bad game last night but hes a good enough centre half for us.

Dont really see this as a tactical error. More of a case of * happens with a young defender who is inconsistent. Poor * though. Must have been a nightmare for him the last 24 hours.

And that is one of the reasons Scottish football is still stuck in the dark ages.

He had an absolute stinker the other night and he needs to learn to pick and choose when he does it in future but I love it when he marauds out of defence with the ball.

24 hours on- get off Efe's back please. He is a good centre back. If I could turn clock back I would have had Mulgrew at CB with Ledley in midfield (assuming he was fit).

I have watched every single minute of every single game celtic have played and ambrose has been far from a bombscare. Our back four has settled into a fairly solid unit and he's fitted in well.He obviously scored a og agianst dundee united but that was more bad luck than anything else,he did'nt play in the debacle that was the league cup game so he could'nt be blamed for anything there.I can hardly remember any real howlers he's made so dont know what all the fuss is about.

I'll not hold anything aginst efe for his mistakes, Neil chose to play him and it didn't pay off. The guy must have been knackered.

I really hate his dribble out the back style though, think he will be a good replacement for wanyama in the midfield, not sure he's solving our centre back problem.

To even consider a guy who just arrived from an 11 hour flight was sheer lunacy. Juventus didn't have Asamoah anywhere near their squad, and he played a day before Ambrose did in a meaningless 3rd Place Playoff. * * off.

Interesting to see what happens in team selection for Saturday against Dundee United, whether he drops ambrose and whether both him and Commons start.

Will never be able to live that first goal down. All the work to get there, underdogs, and we're down after 3 mins over a hoof up the park? What a cruel incident.

He was excellent today. Thought Lenny was very clever in taking him off when he did; he knew how the fans would react. After the slating he has had over the last couple of days that would have done wonders for his confidence.

Aye, agree. Also think that slating went a bit too far at times.
