He would've proved to be a nice alternative (fulcrum from midfield to attack), but it probably would've sent out the wrong message to the rest of the squad.

Hopefully it means Paddy will get a game. :smiley-laughing002:

That'll be a good little boost for Rogic, looking forward to seeing him get some first team action.

Awrite. Can someone please upload the Under 20's League Table after tonights result if they can. I've jst been on the club's official website but I'm not sure it's accurate. It's saying tonights result was 0-0 same as the Kilmarnock game.

Rogic is all over twitter here in Aus with our sports journos talking up his chances of breaking into the first team sooner rather than later.
Great start to his Celtic career!
Just a quick one, want to get a long sleeve Rogic top from the Celtic shop but isn't available yet, how long usually until they make new players tops available?
    Cheers

Yeah it is a good start. I'm sure Lennon bought him to fight for a first team place sooner rather than later. He won't be playing against Juventus though as he never got named in the squad for the last 16. I haven't seen any footage of him yet but from what I've read he sounds like a talented individual. Tall with a trick or two. Good with the ball at his feet. Running with the ball. Taking players on & beating them. Read Mariners built the team around him & from going from basically winning a footballing x-factor show to winning the A-League with Mariners & winning a cap with the national side (need to check my stats/facts) to where he is now I hope this is the start of great things for the bhoy. He sounds like an exciting player to watch & I hope he settles quickly & adapts to life here & the Scottish game. I hope this is a great find. A great buy. I'm confident that it is but maybe jst need to give it some time to settle, adapt & get used to his teammates & the game here. Personally I'm looking for him to gel & be a part of the team for the beginning of next season. We've got a good squad as it is now with good players coming back from injury & to rush him in to any big game would be foolish I think. We've got a decent lead at the top of the league. I can see him & hope to see him make an appearance soon in the first team depending possibly on his match fitness or fitness in general. How long did he get tonight? 80 minutes? Maybe a run-out against Inverness on Saturday who knows maybe that's still too soon but I'm sure they'll play him when they think he's ready for it & when he is ready for it I look forward to seeing him same as us all no doubt. Our new number 10? Attacking midfielder or jst off the striker/s. Can't wait. More concerned over Samaras jst now though for the Juve game. Big game player.

Could be a big target man. Holdin e baw up. He's naw a striker though he says his best position is attacking midfielder or jst off the striker/s. That's the first & only footage av seen o him. Is he good in the air does anybody know? Surely he'll score a good few headers. Here's hoping. Seen stats on him the other day on twitter, opta a think. Viduka & Macdonald done good, here's hoping big Rogic will follow suit. Hope he develops, keeps gettin better & turns intae a right good player fur us. Confident he will. Who spotted him? Parks? Scouting system at Celtic's good. Wanyama fur £900,000 was it?

What a way to start for the club scoring on your debut.

Hopefully he follows the footsteps of McGeady and the like.
