that penalty reminds me of the one simon donnelly scored against liverpool years ago

 

Is it only me that thinks it was a penalty? When you see it from refs angle samaras left knee clashes with the defenders knee

No,, I think it was a clear pen. Whether the guy meant it or not, he made contact with Sammy.

 

Neil Lennon: Once upon a time at a certain Killie game I was raging at being down 3-0 and said that I wanted you out but boy... you have proved me wrong and not just once but 10 times over again and again. I have actually met the man in person at Celtic Park and had me pic taken with him when he just started playing for Celtic. Year 2001 I believe it was. After he stopped that daft phase dying his hair blond . Anyway I always look back at that photo with fondness cos I can always say that I've met the man in person, and believe me he took a lot of his time signing autographs with the Celtic fans. Now look at him, he has managed Celtic to Champions League qualification to the last 16, the second manager to do so after Gordon Strachan. No matter what happens from now on, I am holding on to that photo. In my eyes he has surpassed Martin O Neill. And that is not something that I take lightly. Cos the team with Petrov, Larsson , Sutton, they were a better team, but Lennon has done it with Hooper, Samaras, Forster, players not as recognised on a world wide stage. Neil Lennon, you are destined for great things

Last 16, would never have imagined making that even during the qualifiers, what a * night, nervy as * and horrible being unable to tell everyone that Barca HAD NOT scored!

Superb stuff, horrible game in all honesty, hated most of it but I dont give a *, we have scored in all but 1 game, won away from home, beat Barca and got the 'rule of thumb' 10 point requirement to qualify, we deserve this.

Bring on the draw!

Spartak were excellent first half, thought we were really lucky to go in front and the big man up top for them gave Ambrose a torrid time all night. Much better second half though I really thought we weren't going to do it.

Then sure enough we get a pen and Commons does his best to miss it lol. Fair crapped myself when I saw it hit the bar! Thank * it went in!

London calling at full time was epic lol!
