I sympathise with Rod because I had a lump in my throat during YNWA!

I don't think he'd have been the only one greeting.

I was way too happy to have a proper greet but was welling up after the second went in, and at the full time whistle.

The emotions of following Celtic, you can't beat them! :celt_2:

I was too busy jumping up and down but don't blame him. Some things just tug at the heartstrings without you even realizing it.

    * I start tearing up towards the end of the Celtic history dvd whenever I watch it.

I think we can allow Rod his wee teary moment....It brought a wee smile to my face on a night emotions were hard to keep in check, there was an overwellming feeling of unity. When that 2nd goal went in reality of what our heroes were about to achieve hit home big time...that feeling will never leave me.

:shamrock:Me:celt_2::shamrock:Rod:55::shamrock:...it amounts to the same thing really.

Check out the start of this vid, where he shows off his own football pitch and dressing room full of Celtic stuff.

Parents were at one of his gig's in Belfast few year's ago. Rod had the Celtic badge on the drum kit, he's a Celtic diehard. :smiley-laughing002:

I welled up, man enough to admit it.

I invest myself emotionally in the club, when it succeeds I release it. No shame in that, Rod is the man!
