Just to clear this up a bit. He's talking about what Shiels said earlier on the radio. Not that they played five forwards, but that every time they counter attacked they would break with five men. Basically he was saying that they didn't just out defend us, they also attacked us too.

 

yes mate that is correct, and we have lost 10 of the potential points, from the 30 we should be having at home.

Well if that is what he meant then he is obviously wrong about his assertions about our attacking prowess.

Commons, Forrest, Miku, Ledley, Izzy all got forward on Saturday.

According to butch we play with one maybe two attackers.

For the record I knew fine well what he meant and Kilmarnock still didn't play with 5 attackers, 3 at the most went beyond the ball.

to answer your reply yes i feel we need every bit of attack we can get we are going in against 5 defenders, we have the ball the ball comes in to the Dee area, we have the same amount of guys in there fighting for it, not 2 that are 10 yards away from one and other, with 5 defenders bulling them
and possibly crippling them. I am saying get 5 against five right in up close to them.

It's a wonder we aren't using the middle of the pitch to have a funfair or something for extra revenue...

 

glad you mention this as there are a few in the middle of the park, play as if they are barcelona, sideways passing, and back passing, BUT WHEN you say, this is the way they should be playing the game at the 18 yard line, you will now see our problem. and that is where we have had the problem all along, as they are * scared to be up there, and basically they haven't got the skill to do it, even in the SPL. Hope you now see the importance of getting in better class of players, to make us look as if we know what he are at.
