Seems to have the midas touch with his player, seems to know when to stick or when to drop them, must b so respected in the dressing room as has always got his player backs. Seems once hes got the manky mob off his back really can concentrate on his team. hopefully hear for a long reign bring on 10 in a row.

Look at the turnaround he has brought out of Sammy, and Young Watt is being nicely introduced while also being protected.

There are many examples of this.

He started from nowhere but is learning very fast, and doing so while still getting results.

After what he has had to endure in a fledgling managerial career, I 'd say he has been excellent. No bones about it.
