Neil Lennon is the manager of Celtic F.C. Why is he putting out these statements about players on social * media? Do your talking in the post-match interview, and deal with situation regarding performance in-house. I do not want to see him pandering to supporters with this piffle all the time. It is one thing to talk to the supporters and give them a feeling of sharing in his passion and connection with the club, but it's entirely another to be airing our dirty laundry for all and sundry to see.

Why does he even have the time to tweet? He should be tearing strips of them right now.

 

The centre backs are always going to struggle when we play four attacking players away from home.

We should always have 3 CM's in the middle with one protecting the back four whoever we play.

 

They started with the same 11 as last week eh,get your facts right before calling for anyone to be sacked.

 

That is actually an interview with Celtic's official Twitter account. I would much rather he spoke to the fans through that medium than use the Scottish gutter press who will just twist his words.

 

So what went wrong today? I only seen the last 30 mins. I think it fair to say we have the best players in the league, OK you can't win them all but the start to this season has been very poor.

Are the players over confident going into these games?

Do they think the league is a already won?

Is it up to the manager to send the players out with the right mindset or should the players be professional and already have this in the locker?

What I do know is it's just not good enough and they need to turn it around soon. This must be one of the worse starts to a league campaign. I questioned before the season started how would you judge Lennon this season with no Servo in the league? I guess it's the same as every other manager, results.

 

Last season he exceeded expectations at times, but not this year so far. I don't expect him to carry the team at all, his performance today was just so bad though, he was our worst player by a mile. And we can't afford to keep calling him "the young lad", he's 21 now. We did that with Shaun Maloney, he's 29 now and still being called "young Shaun Maloney". It's time to be a man, be a big player. Not somebody who gives a poor performance and gets away with it because he's "just a young lad". Not attacking you at all here by the way mate, it's just something that really bothers me.
