Thought we missed Samaras today. We had no plan B, nobody to take the ball down from the air.

Beat Benfica at home and all is forgiven. That is where the cash is. Full house game under the floodlights...that's what its all about. League is a marathon we are certainly gonna win

Agreed. He was a real shiner last season, particularly at the start, scoring for fun. In fact, he scored in our first 3 games, until we lost to St. Johnstone.

Quite simply the SPL this year is about Celtic and 11 other teams desperate to beat us!

Every domestic game this year we cant match our opposition's desire to win the game. We seem to think " its cool! 6 months down the line we'll pull the finger out and stroll this league" like its inevitable that we will win it.

They all just want it more than we do at the minute!:54:

We were *. apart from a small spell against Hibs and Inverness weve been awful in the league. lost 6 goals in 3 games.

I long for the rock solid days of Dan and Glenda

    * poor, in every aspect. Attitude towards games doesn`t seem right at the moment and we never competed with St Johnstone.

Norris again totally wrong with a penalty decision. Stick on penalty and red-card.

I'd argue that Brown had a better day than most.

Poor performance in general today, though the defense was exceptionally bad. St Johnstone deserved that win. Commons' goal was good, but he could do with trying to make a few plays rather than shooting every time he gets the ball. That 'shot' from like 30 yards out was dreadful.

Liked what I seen from Miku and look forward to seeing how he gets on. Roll on Wednesday night, where hopefully we'll see a much improved performance. :50:

No confidence in this team at all, getting worse than better, they think they can beat anyone when in fact we cant even beat a team missing all of their main players. Shocking performance. Lennon should be sacked with immediate effect because playing like we have recently we will be a laughing stock in the CL.

    Lennon GO NOW

Can anyone tell me what Lustig actually brings to the team....* trust us to get rid of one bombscare in Mistakeovic and sign another one in his place....really have to wonder what Lennon sees in some of these players....look forward to his "It wiznae ma fault" interview.

Chances are we will win the league probably double. Champions league place, with 20mil income. Good sell on policy (Ki). These kind of games pale into insignificance. The time to judge is at the end of a season. If some people had there way we would sack every manager that lost a game in the league and appoint Craig Brown to lead us to a new era....Yes right

Celtic Football Club ‏<s>@</s>celticfc NL: Players I trust and enjoy watching weren't there today. It was a very tepid performance to say the least. (LB)

NL: Commons, Wilson and Lustig were probably the exceptions, but the rest, who have been excellent for me over the years, were poor. (LB)

Glad Neil Lennon praised Lustig. Don't understand why people would criticise him today, especially if they don't criticise James Forrest, who was awful. Commons and Lustig definitely worthy of pass-marks for me...Wilson not so much.

When has Lenny ever said "it wisnae ma fault"?

Honestly your Lenny bashing is tedious. Did you even congratulate him when he won the league or got us into the CL?

I thought Lustig, Commons and Wilson were good today as well. Poor game from Mulgrew but he was due one. Hopefully back to his best on Wednesday. Forrest was awful. The rest were bad

    I'm not picky.
My point is you're saying Mulgrew is never a center back yet he won POTY last season AFTER we moved him from left-back to center-back. Now he's had a couple of below par games he's suddenly not a center-back and should be moved BACK to left-back? :97: Just because he's not been at his best the last couple of games it doesn't mean he's suddenly * in the center-back position and that we should move him back out left.

Forrest is a young lad who has exceeded all expectations you can't expect him to carry a team
