    As i mention based on how they have treated numerous fighters in the past for failing tests through Marijuana use. Pat Healy i believe got fined $130,000.

    Ben Askren in the UFC would be immense, a match up with Tyron Woodley would be awesome, as well as Shinya Aoki, who needs to stop fighting cannon fodder.

    Jon Jones didn't test positive for a banned substance in competition.

    There is no comparison or hypocrisy. In fact the drug testing has now been shown to be an 'administrative error' and shouldn't even have taken place to begin with.

    Did i not say i have nothing against the use of recreational drugs and agreed they are not performance enhancing, i know it isn't banned. Although cocaine would contribute to a more focused and motivated mindset when training, impacting confidence as opposed to marijuana which well... has no obvious gains to fighting other than relaxing a fighter.

    My critique however, was how the UFC handled the situation and protected there golden boy, a Diaz brother would have been thrown under the bus not nurtured with all this PR nonsense, to protect there image, which impacts sponsorships, company image etc.

    The comparison is clear, one fighter (Pat Healy) banned for 90 days and fined 130,000 for use of marijuana. Other example Dave Herman(suspended for 6 months)Matt Riddle (Fired) I'm sure there's more if you care to do the research. It's a matter of equality really, not protecting the prized assets.

    I'm not interested in getting caught up in the bureaucracy of the administrative error, that would be missing the point. He was tested and was found to be using cocaine. I'm trying to highlight the politics of the UFC.

    You are missing the point, again.

    There is no comparison because he was not caught taking a banned substance in competition, there is no scope to fine or ban him. Completely different situations.

    I'd recommend you maybe do some research.

    I find him extremely charismatic, I want to watch more and more of him.

    It's almost unexplainable, he's not saying anything out of this World but he makes people want to listen to him. I think his confidence is 95% genuine whereas before I thought that was part of the act.

    He is great.

    Even my wife was enthralled in an interview i was watching earlier,his confidence is not what everyone likes but i love it.

    Not too many fighters make you want to never miss an interview.

    Does he normally have a really strong accent? I notice whenever I hear him he speaks very slowly(too slow) and over pronunciates words.

    I've been watching McGregor interviews all day and just came in here to see if there was any talk about him. I'm not really that into MMA but this guy is just class!! This is one is pretty decent talking about his last fight.
