We have nobody to receive punts up the park??? Thats the only reason?? Haha, some people really have a major problem when it comes to Samaras. Really sickens me to be honest. We go to play any major team in the champions league this season and ill guarantee they will pick Samaras out as our biggest threat. Away from home in Europe he is our main asset.

I have no problem with him at all. He has certainly improved over the last season from the player he was, but this sudden love affair with him confuses me. As for some of the prices mentioned I cannot believe people seriously expect big money for a player like sammy, who for every great game probably has a good few average or below average games.

He has to be the most frustrating player to watch?

Nobody doubts he can be frustrating but to say he doesnt have good technical ability?? If Samaras played to his potential in every game he would be worth about £30-40m and playing for Real Madrid or Barcelona and not us. The reason he does play for us is because he is inconsistent but at least now he is recognised as an important player for us and not like before when he played 2 games and then got dropped for 4 and then expected to come in and play a blinder. His consistent form over the past year is down to getting a regular run in the team. That same regular run in the team coincided with our winning run that made us overturn a 15 point defecit. Surely not a coincidence ??

Alright I might be going to extremes on the negative side here, but real madrid and barcelona ffs? I thought you were told to stay off that crack pipe!
He's certainly not that technically gifted, even if he was performing at his best week in week out.

He was a big part of us turning that points deficit around for sure, I remember at the time picking him out as an important player, but that was more the effort and energy he was putting in. It was like a Samaras on speed, he still wasn't a quality footballer. I still don't buy that he's worth more than 3 million and irreplaceable. I'll never agree he's a quality footballer, i'll agree he can on occasion do what he does well, but not enough to start expecting big money for him.

Wanyama, Ledley, Kayal, Commons, Hooper, Stokes are all better players.

Although I do like Samaras and wouldn't sell for 3M Euros.
5M pounds and i'd defo sell him and bring in Russell and Klasnic.

Sammy is our most experienced player. His big game knowledge is vital to us.

I don't know what value the club would put on that, but I certainly think he is worth a tad more than Dynamo are suggesting. It is quite embarrassing actually.

Yeah, doubt he'd leave unless he got offered a ridiculous wage increase.
Even then I think he'd stay, ha.

think we might struggle to find an international player who has represented his country over 50 times, played in 2 Euros and a world cup........all for 3 million.....yes i think we would struggle .
