    Wanyama.

He should be played in midfield at all times, he has an awesome physical presence.

Kayal for me, can dominate the way Wanyama can(without the physical presence granted) but is also better on the ball imo. Offer more going forward has a little bit of skills about him and his passing is superior to Wanyamas. However both are great player and I'm just glad we have the luxury of playing either or/both of them.

Also, on form I think Kayal is the best player in this country .

Both should play especially if we need to play 4-5-1 or 3-5-2. With kayal wanyama brown or ledley forrest and commons on the wings...then wanyama can slip back to make it a 4-4-2 when needed.

I also think this. With Wanyama sitting in front of the defence we just look so much more solid. In the Europa league last season the big man was smoking cigars playing there..a * powerhouse, and against quality opposition.
But overall I think Kayal is the better all round player, a genuine class act when on form.

I see no reason why the two can't sit in midfield (With Kayal being given extra licence to close down) and allow a front 4 (perhaps 3 behind a striker) to roam and create.

The two provide outstanding protection to the back 4. Both also give Mulgrew a bit of freedom to come out with the ball, a strength of Charlie's I feel is often overlooked by our support.

At the moment Wanyama, however I hope Lenny can find a way to accommodate both. I'd hate to see Kayal consigned to the bench.

Imagine Kayal as holding mid with a silky player in the free role position?

    Drooling.........

If Kayal can get back to the form he showed in his first season then it would be very close, in his first few months at Celtic he looked world class, injuries have really set him back but to be honest he's really not had much impact in the last 12 months at all.

Wanyama for me could play for almost any team in the world in the future, I'm not sure his attitude is the best at the moment, I'm getting the impression he thinks he's too good for the spl and that has made a bit complacent at times but he reads the game so well and is so fast and powerful that he rarely has to use slide tackles.

He also looks better going forward lately as the hype has given him more confidence.

Kayal was absolutely brilliant between the 3-3 with Kilmarnock and the 1-0 against Rangers last season.

Also some of that psychoanalysis on Wanyama is tenuous to say the least.

    Psychoanalysis?

Erm, not really, just an opinion, the hype for me is giving him more confidence, which for me is making a better player but also a little bit complacent.

And on kayal, yes he had a good run last year until he was injured by mcculloch but over the last 12 months he's only really Been on top form for 6-8 weeks in total, injured for a lot of that so I'm not blaming him.

You also said he thinks he's too good for the SPL.
