the fact you could get a season ticket without the old firm games for £50 and one with for £125. But when everyone found out the zombies were gone they were told they wouldn't be getting a refund for the old firm games but dundee games instead at the same price

The problem is that some kids got their season tickets for £50 and kids the same age are paying £129 for a season ticket. These kids are paying an extra £79 for two matches against Dundee.

    That is the problem

I got my sons before the huns were not allowed in the SPl & got it for £50 but anybody that got it after this paid £129 but get dundee games. So celtic are saying the 2 dundee games are costing £79

Now they are giving anybody that bought it before july a £30 voucher for the superstore but in a kind of way are saying the people taking it are a disgrace :31: :31:

P Lawell has got to realise not everybody has the income he has, i go without a lot of * to pay for mine & my sons season tickets just like other people

But on the other hand, everyone else is paying full price for the same amount of games. You can't charge two people in the same age group wildly different prices for the same product, so the only option is to either give everyone a discount (and punch a big hole in our revenue) or raise opt-out tickets to the standard price range.

Doesn't take a genius to work out what the right decision for the club is in this situation, as much as it sucks. I say blame the Huns!

you stated the problem (unfair), the people complaining have already bought the ticket before the huns became dead.

Under £7 for a ticket is a good price but that is not the point some kids are getting in for under £3 a match.

I guessed rangers were gonna be out on their ear and bought mine and the wee fellas ticket without the rangers games, it was 160 quid less. Think ours come in at 420 including credit on the 10 month plan. Cant complain, I am raging however that I wont get a £30 voucher for the shop. Seriously though I followed the rangers situation closely and made an informed decision, I could have easily picked up 2 rangers tickets direct from celtic had they got in the league anyway so it was a win win. I feel bad other fans paid more but the writing was always on the wall and opt out tickets were available to everyone b4 rangers went bust. If you have paid more i suggest cutting back on matchday spend until the difference has been clawed back. Programme, paradise windfall, and refreshments can save you £10 quid a match easy. Write to the board and let them know you're doing this and come December you will have clawed back your loss and made a point. I used the 160 i saved for the 2 new strips for the wee fella so the club still got the same off me, I just got way better value. I still need to buy tickets for the club 12 games if it isn't a sell out that is!

Don't think it's a 'nice touch' at all. They should be refunding in full, not giving out £30 vouchers into a shop where the majority of things cost more than that.

    Agree 100%

The board should walk about the local area of parkhead and ask themselves how many of these people can afford £500 for a season ticket and a couple hundred more for their kids. They should be giving away free tickets to local schools and charities to try and fill the empty seats instead of over-charging fans who are already going.

For me its sickening to see fans wanting money back because they arent getting to see Rangers.

Id happily pay £50 more a season to never play them again.

I think they should give everyone who has paid for huns games free tickets to all the league cup games or something like that.

I don't think that statement reads well at all. You're not a real fan if you want value for money is how it sounds.
