    Superman is one of the lamest superheroes going, and Synder is no visionary director capable of reviving the Kyrptonian.

    Not really, Superman as a superhero has always been too camp for my liking and so have the films. It will be interesting to see what direction David S. Goyer and Christopher Nolan have taken the franchise after their excellent Batman films but I don't expect much from it.

    There is nothing more than can be done with big Sups.

    Superman I and II were the greatest superhero movies ever made. The rest of the franchise was dreadful though.

    In fact, Superman III was so *… it has actually become one of my favourite films :fear:

    Richard Pryor LOL, what were they thinking?

    Superman Returns felt like a chick flick.

    Superman films do nothing for me, for being one of the main superheroes, the Superman films are *.

    However, since Nolan is involved, i am a bit excited to see how this turns out, it looks a bit darker (which worked with Batman) so I have a feeling it will be good:50:

    The name Christopher Nolan is enough to make me want to see this, if his name wasn't attached I'd probably say no. That being said, from the trailer it looks like it might be a slight retelling of the story.
