    The worst accent ever is
    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WB8JVTDOK-g"]Frank Zappa - Valley Girl (with lyrics) - YouTube[/ame]

    I would rather have glass shards rammed in my * with Mayan Hot sauce poured on top than listen to 'Valley Slang.'

    Can't stand Northern English accents such as accents from Manchester, Yorkshire etc. (With the exception of Scouse accents). Dundee accents annoy me as well.
    I'm a fan of Bristol accents, Essex accents, Spanish and Dutch.

    I like the Dublin accent, Like the Manc accent. Don't like the Belfast or Liverpool Accents.....Hate the Edinburgh accent, aw that Ye ken, barrie gagie pish and punctuating every second word with 'eh'. I'm a Glaswegian and have a thick Glaswegian accent.....but I just cannot stand that nasal ned speak way of talking a lot of youngsters spout, where they seem to grunt and talk through their nose at the same time.....Gets right oan ma * that wan.

    Love it when a girl has a nice Irish accent, I hate the Geordie accent, if you were * Cheryl cole, you'd need to tape her mouth shut.

    Best - Irish in general.

    Worst - An accentuated Scouse accent. It winds me up. But the one that makes me want to vomit is Brummie.

    "Yooor a *' suuurpent!" :56:

    Just kidding.

    Favourite accent? Welsh, Parisian, East coast (the nice accent, not sure where it's from... people sound quite well spoken, not a lot of 'eh's and 'like's (does my nut in), Glaswegian (think Billy Connolly), Australia, Newcastle (as long as you're not listening to it for too long) (EDIT: I agree with therealfenian's point about this), Ireland (not too keen on Belfast), Catalonia.

    My absolute favourite (Hanover):

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4SKWb0U8AE"]Lena Meyer-Landrut im Interview - DAS! - Norddeutscher Rundfunk - ARD - YouTube[/ame]

    The intro'll probably make you laugh but listen to the girl speaking. :35::100: Doesn't matter if you don't speak German, it's gorgeous.

    Least favourite? Liverpool (Leevapool), Manchester, Lancaster, Birmingham (Buuuhrming'im :31:), really nasally Glaswegian like 'haw mahn, yass, pure pumped this wee burd, know' :smiley-laughing002:., Southern England, Islands, Highlands, Aberdeen (Aber-dee-anne), Mexico, Argentina (my Spanish lecturer's from Argentina and I can't understand a word he says - and it's not because he's speaking Spanish :smiley-laughing002:), Italy (I like Italians speaking Italian, but it's draining to listen to if they're speaking English with a heavy Italian accent), South Africa.

    Sorry if I've offended anyone on here. :50:

    Another couple...

    I hate the 'innit, blud' way of speaking and Dutch. Quite like southern US (think it might be Texan - the girl in Beta House) and New Yoik.
