Where did you see this?? If that's the case I am happy.

I don't think we need to replace him. We have 4 center mids in Brown Ledley Kayal and Wanyama plus you have McCourt, Ibrahim and Mcgeough who can all play there and be creative. Priority has to be center forward and center back with his fee. If/when we reach the group stages then we can maybe look at adding another center mid.

You can guarantee it won't be £5 million.

£6 million up front with add on's sounds fair and I personally would be over the moon with that.

SSN says its £5m........Lenny says it will service the debt, doesnt know if any will be available for players. Ki is a great player, £5m is a bargain for a player of his quality and potentia, even by SPL standards. In a couple of seasons he will be off to one of the big guns in the EPL, I just hope we have a sell on clause added. !!

I would've been happier if it was Spain or Italy as his destination.

Swansea have agreed a fee with Celtic for South Korea midfielder Ki Sung-yueng.

Celtic assistant manager Johan Mjallby revealed earlier on Monday that Ki was poised to leave Celtic after entering talks with a mystery club.

Swansea are understood to be the team in question and they are believed to have settled on a fee in the region of £5million.

Swans boss Michael Laudrup is keen to bring Ki to the Liberty Stadium after seeing Joe Allen leave for Liverpool earlier this summer.

A number of other clubs are thought to be chasing his services, but the Premier League side are in pole position to land the classy playmaker.

Good. Debt sorted. Qualify for champions league then that leaves 10m spare for a striker and 2 CB's. Plus a cheap gamble who might become a Kayla or izzy

Where did you see this?? If we can potentially get that then it's a great deal. Very similar to the one which we got for petrov from villa.

I am disappointing Ki looks like he is leaving. :54:

But I quite like Swansea so I hope he goes on to have a great career, top player and am sad he wants to leave.

believe me, i know. hes worse than the worst Rangers fan you know.

I still firmly believe Dobbie is vastly underrated by Celtic fans however, he would definitly add to you, not as a marquee signing but as an everyday player in the SPL. Not Champions League quality i agree however.

We don't need anymore everyday players in the SPL, we've a squad full of them, we need someone who can make a difference on the big stage and give us a fighting chance in Europe.

I really think he's worth more tbh considering Joe Allen went for 15m and Ki played so much better than him at the olympics

Best of luck if he goes :50:
