    Hes a good player but why the * are we linked with a box to box midfielder when we have Ledley. He isnt better than Ledders and he is alot older. If he was 23 then year but not 21 years old.

    He's not as bad as he's being made out to be but he isn't needed. We should be signing players that will improve the squad and he won't.

    :56: Out of Ireland's starting XI he is the one that always * me off, mainly because I would rather have McCarthy or even Gibson in there instead of him. I would be interested to see how he would fit into our team but I don't think hes better than Ledley, Kayal or Ki. Lenny has been keen to get experience in though..

    Wouldn't be a terrible bit of business - free transfer. But I'd be curious to know why we're adding another CM. If this proved to be true, it'd be an indicator that we're selling someone from our current squad.

    Not a bad player, but not going to take us forward. Can all but guarantee we are not looking at him though, this is very much from the made-up-bullshit-press-story-linking-Celtic-with-anyone-even-remotely-Irish file! Lennon wouldn't strengthen centre midfield with Andrews. Non-story!

    If we where told we would be signing a box to box midfielder with 11 goals in 34 games and is going to be starting for his country in the Euros, people would take notice. But they just dismiss Andrews immediately.

    In saying that I dont think we need him unless one of Kayal, Brown or Ledley are going.

    Yes please.I would take Andrews as he is a good combative midfielder with bags of league and international experience.I wanted us to sign Andrews a few years ago, but at 31 he could still do a good job for us for the next two years.

    I've watched him play several times and he is pish. I'm pretty sure we could field an XI of disabled horses and many would be happy, as long as they were Irish of course.
