    What is so difficult to understand about the price tag?

    It isn't a figure plucked from thin air, it is what nike football strips that have just been released go for in club shops.

    If it is that much of a problem buy it out Sports Soccer for 45 or 40 like everyone else?

    Its £45 on kitbag. Might be worth having a look around or going into a celtic shop. Got a free celtic beach towel with the last away in the shop and a dvd with the last home.

    Aye but petrol was 78p per litre when MON was manager, so was the price of a loaf etc £50 is a bit pricey but these Nike tops are immense quality and fit, you can feel the quality when you wear them compared to other brands, these are the premier brand in sports clothing. You will get it for £40 (longsleeve inc) max at sports direct online. It's a great top, looks a nice fit too, amazing design, love the trims on the sleeve.

    There are economics involved in setting prices, Celtic are no different to any other football club in that respect.

    Don't see the point in moaning about it, the only thing that will affect the price is a lack of demand which will only happen if people don't buy it. But they most certainly will.

    A few have, the first home one in 05 and this 10/11 , but the bumblebee, the wasp and current and last seasons lime,all other home ones have been great IMO, addidas ones of AC milan I have, shrink in the wash and fly emirates came off, Puma same thing and both brands dont fit as well. Nike CSC

    Nike is a worldwide brand, the quality between their strips and that of Adidas in general is absolutely marginal.

    Nike strips, on the whole, are more geared up to enhance performance not appease the replica market. Which is why there is an apparent 'lack of quality'.
