yes he might do love the club, but if the board like the offer, well they can soon make you move.

good player, but we dont want to burn him out, we could get a good pay day from him one day. that keeps the wolf away from the door.

If the player is under contract then he is the one that decides where he will play.
And I would stay at Celtic rather than go to man utd or city.
The way I look at it is I grew up dreaming of wearing the hoops and blue of Scotland as a kid not playing in the premiership so the chance of fulfilling that would come before money and the only thing that would make me leave if I was watt would be if that transfer would be the difference in improving or safe guarding the clubs future. Even at that I would want to run out my contract else where and return within 3 years.
It's not as if you struggle financailly at Celtic. 20k a week would be more than enough to live on

Tony Watt at Coatbridge Celtic store
By: Newsroom Staff on 27 Nov, 2012 10:22

CELTIC striker Tony Watt will be at the Celtic store in Coatbridge this Thursday, November 29 between 4.30pm – 5.30pm.

The teenager, who scored a memorable goal in the recent 2-1 win over Barcelona in the Champions League, will be signing the 125th Anniversary DVD, Annuals & Calendars bought instore on the day.

This is a ticketed event, and free tickets can be collected from the Celtic Store, Coatbridge, Argyle Street and the Superstore at Celtic Park.

He must be ripping his goal against Barca isn't included.

Must be weird for Tony, i'm sure he's been in that Coatbridge shop thousands of times as a kid, infact he's still a kid but now also a superstar!

Couldn't find the TW thread so hopefully someone can direct me to it!

Any one else slightly disappointed at what this guy has done since the Barcelona game? He seems to be slowly slipping back down the pecking order, seems to have been playing the last couple under 20's games from the start.

I can understand Stokes being in the team ahead of him but I would far rather see Watt playing instead of Lassad and Miku. I think he offers so much more than the two of them.

Hopefully get to see more of a chance after the league is wrapped up. Really think he has potential, just needs a run in the team (aka McGeough) to fulfil his potential, although I realise he is young yet.

Celtic have made the mistake in the past of rushing younger players through, Watt will come good but in time.

    Kyogo. A phenomenon
Will get his chance over the rest of the season, I am sure. Guys like him, Rogic and McGeough will be given plenty opportunities - especially when league mathematically won. Ledley comments about "early holiday" for some first teamers virtually guarantees this.

He's only just turned 19 and is very much a youth player who still needs time to develop.
