what players would like to see move on

Ki, Cha, Commons, Bangura, Maj, Mc Ginn, K Wilson( but only if we get a better centre back first).

 

Samaras has done really well and im so glad because i wanted him to do it so we could sell him on to a decent club for a decent price, Ki is an icon in south korea so plenty decent bids will come in. cha is old and *. maj i wouldnt mind him staying as a coach but not to play, otherwise he should go back to Sweden.all player on load to get permanent deals Rasmussen to go.McCourt needs to go to save his career, love him but its time.Kelvin Wilson is just not good enough.Mark wilson will get us a Mil or 2.probably others i forgot but we really need to trim...if we did we could get 2 or maybe 3 top quality players

 

Samaras plays brilliantly when he plays in his natural LW position. Don't know why Lennon keeps playing him up front in a 2.

These are the players I certainly wouldn't be up for selling as they all have a chance to improve or are vital to the squad.

If we were to get decent money for Ki or Ledley I'd move them on. Same with Stokes but if not I won't be unhappy to see them as squad players next term.

 

Good way of looking at it and I would tend to agree with what you have said mate ..... Torn between Hooper and Stokes IMO Stokes gives you better options than Hooper who infuriates me with some of his lazy, cant be bothered attitudes at times ... I think we would get more money for Hooper and if the £6m is still on the table from Southampton come the summer then I would keep Stokes and let Hooper go !!

Ledley? If by 'decent money' you meant £10m then fair enough.

 

Ledley is not worth 10 million. I would also consider offers for Hooper but only if the money is good as we are still short on attacking options.

We can't get rid of too many players. Even if we do have the money to buy new players, it doesn't take a few hours just to sign them... They gotta to through trials and stuff needs to get negotiated. And judging the previous transfer windows, it'll probably take us extra long.

I think our first team injury free would do well in Europe and possibly make the group stages if we don't meet a team from the big leagues. Need Keyal in the engine room.

That is 24 first team players. Don't think we need more especially as a few players can play different positions such as Lustig, Mulgrew, Wanyama, Ledley, Samaras.

With 2-3m transfer fees brought in and a lot of wages freed up (100k/wk, 5m/yr approx with Juarez staying) we can make the target man priority and get someone good.
See if we can get Rhodes for 4-5m early summer!!

Realistically think we'd buy more than a centre fwd this summer with the squad we have and Rangers in dire straits? + champions league qualification a gamble. Maybe wait and if we qualify add some more quality offensively.
