    What has made Samaras's career at Celtic is Lennon finally bringing him out to a wide position on the left. That has changed Samaras's influence on the game completely. It is his preferred position, he is not an out and out striker.

    I too was a bit disappointed that sammy didn't start, when he came on the first thing he did was run at the killie defence and we got a free-kick in a dangerous position, he was exactly what we were missing all afternoon.

    Sammy should have started, don't think that Kelvin Wilson looked interested. Annoyed that the trebles gone but we can still win the league at Ibrokes as a consolation. Was hearin that our win percentage when starting Sammy across the whole season is 92%!! Pretty good stat if you ask me. Not sure why he was dropped, Lenny should really have just stuck with a winning formula in that respect.

    Well done to Sammy. Yet again proving how important he is to the team.

    Samaras, Brown, Forster and Izzy are the only players that looked bothered in my opinion.

    Stand out performer for us today. Very unlucky not to score in the first half, when he strolled right through their midfield and was denied only by the beast. Stokes should also have done better at the rebound, right enough.
