Would loan him to a spl team so we get a closer view of him and we can just stop him playing against us also should be guaranteed a start as he might not be in the championship.
However I'd he goes back to aik there should be a optional buy clause to re-coup money as that will be the end of him here

Don't see the point in loaning him back! We know he can do the job in that league... He needs tested at a higher level!

AIK are skint and there's still quite a bit before their league starts again.

this. really needs to be the Championship ideally. Any ideas of who needs a forward down there?

And to the earlier posters waving a sarcy goodbye to someone who hasn't had the chance yet, wind it back in eh.

No way, I would rather give him to someone like Hibs and us pay all his wages than loan him back to where we know he cant do a job. He need to adapt to our game or go to a club that can/will buy him.

I'm hearing this on Facebook. No links as yet. What an unbelievable waste of money if true. Wonder what we'd recoup...

Can't believe there are fans slagging off Bangura as a dud based on what exactly? A few cameo appearances.

Give the guy a chance FFS and even if we could afford the likes of Diawara or Rhodes who's to say they could arrive and hit the ground running? Nobody can predict or know how players will settle in at a new club.

I'm very surprised Mohamed Bangura has'nt convinced you what a good football-player he is. He where excellent on the field when he played for us. Off course I think you should give him time, since I can assure you he is a very good player.

But maybe he need some time to develop his skills.
I can only speak for us, but I think that AIK would be the perfect club for him.
Here he can really show what he goes for. Since we are going to qualify for Europa League this summer, hopefully, we can get to the group-stage, and in such a place, he gets the opportunity to show his skills for everyone.

From what I heard, a player can only play for 2 different clubs in 1 season. But there is other rules if he would be out on a loan to a club in a league that is playing spring-autumn instead of autumn-spring.

So if you want put him out on a loan, you have to choose a club in the Norwegian or the Swedish league.

    Cheers!/Carl

From the little I have seen of him his first touch has been woeful. I put that down to over eagerness to prove himself. Surely we would not have signed him if his touch was as bad as what we have seen so far.

In the time he has been given he has looked poor but I've been desperate for him to get a goal and settle down, he Almost looks as if he is trying too hard to prove himself and it's spoiling his game. I think it's very unfair to judge a guy who gets 6 or 7 mins every odd game to prove himself, strikers need confidence and right now his must b low. At the same time if he was shut hot in training he would b getting more of a chance, Jury is still out.

    this!

i want the lad to get a goal and be a great player for us, but if hooper and/or stokes were injured, i would be worried if sammy and bangura were starting up top for us

was just thinking there if he's going out on loan, maybe we're planning on getting someone else in and offloading bangura in the summer?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think he'll be good for Celtic once given a proper chance. :shamrock:

They are maybe a bit off but not being able to control a ball has nothing to do with game time.
