Aye, people say the divas are * (and they are a lot of the time), but they are given such little time to put on matches. Remember Melina and Beth had a really great I Quit Match about 2 years ago?

To be fair, the Diva's division was supposed to be based around Laycool and Karma all year, so they've had to pull all this out of nowhere.

Great, great episode of Raw. That Punk-HHH segment at the start was epic, and Cena in the closing segment was brilliant. Perhaps my favourite ever storyline, I can't wait to see where they're going with it every week.

Wasn't impressed with Raw too much. The crowd was too pro-Cena for my liking. I know he got his usual fair share of boos etc, but Punk being booed for no reason put a dampener on it for me.

    * Indianapolis, let's have Raw in Chicago and Montreal every week. They * hate Cena's guts.

Have to say, I think someone on here cracked it, WWE could do with scrapping Smackdown and putting all the talent into one show again, cause it's not working at the moment.

What about this for an idea? What about if the scrapped Smackdown and brought back the ECW?

Bear with me, at the moment RAW is the flagship, while smackdown has a lack of main eventers, so if they combined the two, not only would it mean, as someone said, that firstly they could improve the tag team division, and also it would add value to the titles, which have been massively devalued since there is two of each (WWE/World title, US/Intercontinental etc etc).

Bringing back ECW would work massively, but only if Heyman runs it. If he ran it, an brought in a fresh generation, combined with a few veterans like Dreamer/RVD etc, it means that it could operate as a feeder ground for the WWE to pick up new talent and try them out, it would be much like it was back in the 90's lol.

The ECW fans would come back, what options would they have? TNA? That show is tripe! At least, this time ECW talent won't be poached week in, week out.

Basically, ECW would make more money than Smackdown, mainly because they could show more technical wrestling and extreme wrestling, and then RAW would have something to compete with. But it can't go back to the WWECW, because that show was unwatchable.

    Rant over, bron orm lads.

It's not just that, but it's always the same adverts.

Gilette, the mad black guy who doesn't wear a t-shirt and magically makes himself appear on a boat and then a horse, Lloyds TSB (although I kinda like that one) :56:

Why don't you just watch it the next day? It's not worthwhile staying up to watch it, IMO. Saying that, I did like the show last night.

It's something I've always done. I prefer watching it live, don't really know why.

I was pleased with the advancement of storylines last night, it was the bad crowd that annoyed me. I hate it when Cena comes out to his gay, gimmicky music and all you can hear is kids and women screaming their lungs out. It wouldn't be so bad if the women were actually wrestling fans, but they only go to these events to see muscle bound men rolling around with each other, wearing nothing but spandex.

Punk was also getting booed last night by a big section of the crowd. Infuriating.

Aye, there's only certain places that have really cool crowds (Chicago, Phillidelphia, New York, California, most places in Canada & the UK)- most random mid-American towns are quite dull a lot of the time.

Aye, it's probably in these dull cities that Cena has most of his fans :56:

The first segment was good with punk and triple H but the rest was fairly predictable.

Michael Cole leading the broadcast was not a good thing either. Not when Jim Ross is right next to him. Hope they get this sorted in the coming weeks.

Yeah noticed that myself, Cole just spouts nonsense, king sucks as a face, and JR just doesnt seem into it although that could be down to the lack of chemistry between the 3. Its a 2 man role imo.

JR and The King are the second best broadcast team in WWF/E history, right behind Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan. Cole should just become exclusive to SmackDown. I don't want Cole to be taken off screen altogether, as he plays the heel announcer role well, which is the reason so many people can't stand him.
