I think Row A is a bit too low to have a clear overview of the game. But you sit close to the pitch, which adds to the experience I think.

Not too bothered about the weather, got drenched a few times in the temp stand years ago, was still good fun.....the 2 hour train journey back could be uncomfortable tho if I'm * wet thru lol

Yep you'll be really close to their fans, i used to sit in 115 and they wouldn't let me get a seat for Old Firm games since their fans took up my seat, *! So got a new seat in the Jock Stein Stand :50:

    Let the people sing,
Its for dundee united and not the huns, so he wont be that close to the away fans.
I'm sure row a is like the fourth row up from the pitch so quite close to the pitch and 114 is like the middle behind the goals. :50:

You will be very close to the front and your eyeline will be at pitch level. You'll get a brilliant, up close view when Celtic are attacking that end but your view of what happens at the other end will be pretty restricted.

I have had seats in row OA(the very front row) before and I could make out very little that happened down the other end.

    Cheers for the advice guys
Will the stewards not kick off if we moved up the stand?

How's the walk from Glasgow central station to Celtic park? We arrive at 1pm and the train homes at 6:40pm, should give us plenty of time for a visit to the club shop etc shouldn't it?

Stewards don't really chase people moving into empty seats mate. But if someone comes along who has a ticket for wherever you move to just plead ignorance and move on again quietly.

Walk from Central to CP is a good 30 minutes. From the exit head for Argyle street and then just keep on walking past the Gallowgate and keep going on that road. Or take a 61 or 62 bus from Renfield Street directly opposite Central Station.

Getting back for the 6.40 train shouldn't be a problem either. Usually quicker to walk back into the city if the traffic is heavy.

Edit: You could also get from Central to Dalmarnock station which is only 5 minutes walk from the stadium.

I sit in 415.... right next to the orcs when they visit, some of their antics are funny to watch though. We were all waving tenner notes at them at the last game :)
