We all know he is a celtic fan but do you guys think the abuse he is recieving is a bit over the top? okay they are bottom of the league at the moment but i think the injuries have played a big part in where they are just now and it is also very easy to turn your anger on the manager when it is clear the players arnt doing the business on the park, for me the players have to stand up... (in a job where the manager isnt the highest paid person) i feel the stick and abuse he is getting is terrible, blackburn fans should vent there frustration at the players,, never mind this kean out rubbish.

Just wanted to see what you guys think about the situation at ewood park.

Tough job he has on his hands. Don't think he has done anything particularly redeemable to lessen the pressure, though, and I never understood why he received the position in the first place, either.

I'd imagine the next manager will receive proper backing.

Jobs too big for him at the moment.he's had plenty of chances to step down and hasn't.I think that's why he's getting so much abuse to be honest.
Plus, they've got quite a bad squad too so I don't think even mourinho could get them out of this one.
I see Kean as the scapegoat

Why would he step down though? Would lose out on a * load of money, and let's face it there isn't going to be a huge que of clubs after him. This will more than likely be his last managerial job, at this level anyway. If I was him then there would be know way I would walk, especially after the way the fans have treated him. Hopefully venky's continue with him just to wind up the supporters even mor

He seems a nice genuine guy but l think he's a bit out of his depth with the Blackburn job.

The fans are entitled to want the best for their club but at the final whistle last night the way they rushed from their seats to the edge of the tunnel was wrong.

A wee bit but the job came far too early for him.

Most of the games i've seen Blackburn play in, and lose, this season they've been very unlucky. Either losing goals and games because of bad defensive mistakes or wonder goals. Which makes me think some of the abuse is harsh.

I can fully understand fans not being happy with results and managers, we've all been there but the way the Blackburn fans have went about it has been awful. As soon as they lose a goal, even last night after 4 minutes because of poor defending, there's a chorus of 'sack Kean, Kean out'. The same happened last week after West Brom scored two of the best goals i've seen this season!

And then we had that nonsense where they booed Yakubu for celebrating with Kean after he scored. Absolutely small time. If/ when they sack Kean I hope they continue to fall.

Yes I have some sympathy for him but I honestly don't think he was the right man for the job. Football is results orientated, we all know that and it's not rocket science to predict that unless he can perform a miracle with his side then he will be facing the chop.

Let's be honest until the 3-3 comeback game without that it's unlikely Lenny would still be with us. So it shows it can be done but I don't think Kean has it in him to turn things around, nor does he have a squad good enough to do so.

I feel very sorry for him, clearly out of his depth.

It's not so much a point of him being out of depth there, or the job coming too soon... Regardless of that, the abuse he was getting last night (Blackburn - Bolton) was awful. The fans stopped supporting their team and could have helped push them on to an equaliser.

The man has a family and a life out of football, and the abuse he is constantly receiving from 26k people is terrible. People wondered what happened to Gary Speed. How does Steve Kean feel after taking that level of abuse? I don't think I could handle it like he does. But who's to say he is handling it?

Honestly thought the Blackburn fans behaviour was disgusting last night, on a personal level.

He's a bit of a crap manager and if he had sense, he'd do himself a favour and resign. But he's getting too much abuse.

The abuse he is getting is disgusting.

Seeing him on the touchline whilst all that is going on in the background is a sad sight.

He's obviously a glutton for punishment right enough.

Yeah, feel for the guy. He clearly wasnt welcome there from the offset and fans have booed him - even when his team scores! Awful. Would love to see him turn it round, then tell Blackburn fans where to go, then they get relegated.

he comes back every week because if he chucks it he will get * all but if they sack him which is probably just round the corner he will get a big fat check as a pay off.

I feel sorry for him. The people giving him that abuse are not fans. How is booing, throwing scarves etc helping the situation?

If I was a Blackburn fan I'd be sickened at what was going on beside me in the stands.
