My experiences with Celtic aren't confined to the posts on this forum, mate.

I am not against the celebration of Irish republicanism but I don't think it should take priority over what is good for the club.

I felt with your earlier post you were inferring that republicans were oppressed within the general support which I don't believe for a second, thats why I responded with the opposite which is equally extreme.

I personally feel the banner was ill-advised, Uefa are simply following protocol, it is the board who are holding back on what was deemed illicit. That is where we should be demanding answers so some middleground can be agreed if possible.

We couldn't pick a worse enemy than Uefa.

Anyhow - why the * would he take the Green Brigade section away, when the Green Brigade have been the number one force for removing the questionable add-ons and replacing them with Celtic-related ones?

its not the banner its the flare but the banner will just get them to impose a max penalty and say its because we are up again infront of them so quickly am telling u watch this space i predict we get slaughtered (i hope i am wrong)

please is anyone else adding this up with do u all think we will get away with that scot free (no pun intended)

Because I enjoy going to the game, I support Celtic because I love going to the games being in amongst the other members of our Club and getting a laugh. Going to pubs and watching on TV is nothing like it.

The club had asked for it not to be sung, the manager has pleaded with fans to stop it
And what do the GB do, a big massive two finger salute right back at Lenny and Lawwel, if that's supporting your club, then * me, are we heading for disaster!

I still think the board. did not need to address this issue, he should have left the BBC reporter, with THE WORDS we are looking into IT, the board did not represent the fans
and there side of the situation, a few weeks ago, they gave ground away when anything about its fan base should have been, "defended rightly or wrongly or thrashed out." then the UEFA council, would have been able to assess the situation here as in the west of Scotland.

[Sigh...] When you ask a rhetorical question you don't expec...

    Oh * it.

Yes. We would rather the club got fined and forced to play games behind closed doors. That would just totally float our boat, and have us creaming ourselves like errant chimps, or huns at a BNP meeting. :50:

If you`re willing to post your opinion here then i`m afraid it`s open to potshots ,also the fact that you are being derogatory to fellow fans makes you an * in my opinion.

by the way "ooh ah up the ra" equates to five words ,not ten as claimed by yourself, which again in my opinion makes you a bigger *.:celt_2:

    nor do i want to

my point being the war is over sing songs have banners just not oh ah up the ra lets be smarter than the SNP the SFA Uefa etc

why do we have sing songs that will land us in trouble its not like they are taking away or only song we have more songs than any other club in the world they law is the law if we want to change it then vote vote vote

dont drag celtics name through the mud because thats all thats happening (and i am sure it was never ment like that at all) but people will use it against us be smarter be faster be more creative than them dont do down to base level like some neanderthal shouthing "* Uefa" we look like yobs to world football. All that good work in Seville being hacked away at day by day because we keep giving these muppets in the press things to chew on.

Insteed of writing about how good celtic were on the park all we will here is how bad our fans were and for what so we could act like 10 year olds:31::31::31::31::31::31::31:
