Yep. I'm starting to wonder how embarrassing people will let this become until they realise it's not worth it just because Lennon is a 'Celtic man'. It's twelve points now.

We need an experienced manager, Celtic should not have an unproven manager, they should learn at a smaller club than Celtic.

I have so much respect for Lennon, and what he's been through, but I realised that you can't let that take priority over his MANAGERIAL ABILITY and RESULTS.

He has to go, his decisions are baffling at times. The midweek game just papered over the cracks(again).

Mogga was 10 points behind Rangers when he was sacked, surely the board must do the right thing. Is it going to take a 4-0 drubbing by a diddy team before the board punt him?

If Lennon has any sense he will resign tonight, but I doubt he will. He's very stubborn. Apparently Leicester are interested in him, if so he should go there. It's a good opportunity for him because it's obviously not working out for him here.

I'm really dreading the Old Firm games now and I really could see some new record wins/defeats happening at the next Old Firm games. Rangers as they are will destroy that lot. In Lennon I do not trust.

A few weeks ago I heard: "They still have to go to Tynecastle and Pittodrie". Well they have and won both. We must stop 5 in a row now by rebuilding for next season. May will be far too late.

Motherwell away next week. Anybody really think we'll win that? If not and we 6 points behind MOTHERWELL, will you then * agree that regardless of who the manager is, he needs punted.

Inverness away after that as well. Honestly not confident about either, and ICT are terrible!

Losing to St Johnstone at home
    Losing To Hearts away
    Losing to the Huns away
    Drawing with Killie away
    Drawing with hubs at home

And what ever other loses/draws this is just unacceptable we need Lennon to go.

Getting put out of Europe by Swiss minoes Sion. Getting beat by Saint Johnstone, destroyed by Rangers, beat by Hearts, drawing with Kilmarnock, drawing with Hibs, and a whopping twelve points behind Rangers, lead by Fat Sally in his first year, with a * squad.

How more embarrassing must it become until we change the manager?

Learning to read might be a good start.

The thread title is not "should we accept the standard of play" - and my post makes no mention of accepting it.

The thread is about whether the league is over. So the possibility of our main rivals being docked 10 points is very much relevant.

But if the thread title changes to "Join this thread and have a moany wee high-pitched whine", I'll let you know. :50:

I believe the stats between this season so far and Mowbrays time in charge are similar. We have 23 out of a possible 36 points which means we have dropped 13 points before November.:54:

I just can't see us doing it.

He should never have been appointed in the 1st place. This is the boards fault. The worst thing that ever happened was for Lennon to go on that run of winning games immediately after the sacked Mowbray. It gave the false impression that he was the man up to the job and was given it on a permanent basis. He clearly isn't the man for the job as he can't consistently motivate the players. It's quite obvious that Hooper for example doesn't give a * anymore. Same can be said for the majority of the team really. Neil Lennon you were a great and successful player for Celtic but as a manager at this stage you are not good enough or experienced enough to bring success to this club. To be 12 points behind Rangers and it isnt even November yet is hard to actually believe. You are out of your depth and please do the honorable thing, step down, continue your career with a different club to gain more knowledge and understanding of how to be a manager. As i said you are out of your depth here. This is YOUR team that you built and they are failures. You have nobody to blame but yourself and please leave before the fans really turn on you and i really do not want to see that happen. Anybody saying i am overreacting needs to look at that game today and look at the players body language. There is no fight and desire and it sickens me and disgusts me to see this crap.

Am sick of people saying who would want the job * lots would want it and do a better job than neil. Also this no money * is the mift that been ram down our throats so much that * actually belief this *. Plenty would want the job and there is money at celtic but this board has manage to pull the wool over every * eyes. Celtic have a decent team but no leaders, buy strikers when defenders are needed blame for this lies solely with lennon. Truth is any decent manager with the resourses available to him as at celtic should be able to win the league no problem.

Motherwell and Inverness away is going to be torturous, I'll give you that. I'm not even kidding on when I say that both of them will more than likely beat us. If we can't win home games against Hibs, what chance do we have with this bunch of impostors on away soil?

The most shocking thing is that this is the same group of players that won 2-0 at Ibrox last year, drew 2-2 a month later with only ten men, pumped them 3-0 at Paradise on that unforgettable day and then dumped them out of the Scottish Cup a couple of weeks later. Where has the * passion and commitment gone?

    * off with your patronising *.

I never said it wasn't relevant. I said it's an absolute * disgrace that we should have to rely on that, so you * learn to read.

He is saying we were wasteful and sloppy and we have no consistency. "We have got to find a way of scraping games 1-0."

"We are looking to strengthen the squad in January."

I don't know if he will be trusted with money in January

The buck stops on the manager, that's football. Time to go.
