Had some time to cool down :56:
Lennon, after all he went through FOR US last season deserves the rest of this season to prove he deserves the job. He has earned the right to finish the season after a laudable comeback today, albeit a disastrous first half.

Seriously, ghod forbid, if we were to lose our next couple of games and the fod were to win theirs, you'd still reckon Lennon should still get to end of the season, because of todays second half come back?? you jest surely.:31:

He did also say in the interview that the defence weren't performing, and he couldn't understand why. Have to agree with him. Maj just played for a Sweden side that beat Holland 3-2, yet he can't stop Kilmarnock scoring 3 goals against us in 45 minutes.

He cant be happy losing 3 goals no matter what is said after match, come jan get rid of maj sammy and loanees and get us 1 maybe 2 quality center halfs 2 seasons we have been screeming this. i like the look of rogne but his injuries are shocking, maj is useless wilson undecided due to injury, mulgrew deseves to be 1st pick for his efforts but he needs a partner maybe big vic but id rather se him cm.....lennon cant not see this, january will tell what hes made of.....get the cash ready board.

dont think any amount of money is worth what lennon went through
last season, and these thugs are still out there plotting against him.
anyone just in it for the money would have walked.

Mate, obviously if he loses his next couple of games he will have to go. But if he keeps the ship steady then he deserves to stay.
I also believe that if he were to * it up he deserves to be applauded out the door. Not * out and people to develop a firm disliking of him.
Neil Lennon is a good man. He looks at everyone up in the stands and feels their pain. He is us. We are him. If he were to fail over the coming weeks he deserves the utmost respect as he resigns or is fired.

I disagree, he could have left for a club in League 1 without a doubt after the season he had last year, he turned around Mowbray's catastrophe excellently in 1 season.

Nah, it was for the same reason he refuses to change his opinions on certain players - pride, ego and stubborness. Anyone who thinks he did it "for us" needs to get out of the dreamland. Think about it. He risked his own life and the safety of his family's for a random guy who supports the same football team as him. Yeah, right. He did it for one person only, Neil Lennon.

The problem with the interview(s) is that there is no consistency with regards criticisms or praise of all players. Majstorovic for instance seems immune- even after a reckless sending off in the first minute at Sion, which cost us the game. Commons, on the other hand, is slated for a penalty miss against St. Johnston, having slipped in his run up, and then publically chastised and humiliated with a maximum fine for a sending off against Hearts when we were already losing. I think that this partisan approach is why Lennon apears to have lost the dressing room, and why accordingly some players do not wish to play for him anymore. I do not recall any instances of this from last season, but quite a few from this, and it must be galling for some of the squad to see the favourites be protected and the "naughty children" chastised with such monotony.

You couldn't be more off the mark.He got paid pennies last year and do you not think he could get a better paid league 1 or championship post? He's hurting just as much as the rest of us,deserves at least until xmas to decrease that gap.

I think he is at a loss as to what to do as well. Effectively the same team as last year, but not performing to anywhere near the same level. Whether its down to him, the injuries or the players we dont really know at the moment. Though something is not right at the club when we have someone such as Kayal turning in a performance like that yesterday.

Lennon showed himself yesterday as being as frustrated as the rest of us as he sat helpless in the dugout. It was only when we scored he got animated. Probably like the rest of us.

Im sure he is hurting as much as any of us. But he needs to turn it round. It may mean dropping players who arent performing and bringing in some of the fringe players. Its very difficult, because, bar Izzy I would have said that was our strongest side out yesterday. Possibly Commons and Brown coming back might make a difference. Im not Browns biggest fan, but his effort and committment is something that we have been lacking.

Lets hypothesise,if it was Jock Stein that went through what Neil Lennon did last year, would you still be calling Jock selfish, for doing it for himself?I'm sure Lennys wife at any time could have said that enough was enough and told him to quit. You're post is very disrespectful to Lennon, its so much easier to kick a guy when he's down and at his lowest.Ill be giving him my full support until we're knocked out of all competitions.
