Simple question, is Neil Lennon the man for the job at Celtic Park or is it time for him to move on and give someone else their chance? Opinions and reasons wanted and please refrain from flaming each other or the thread will be closed as I have been informed.

I hope he leaves while he still has some dignity, I respect the man highly and he was great as a player but it's clear he is not ready for this job. I don't want the majority of our fans slating him personally as he doesn't deserve that at all but overall, I think he should leave now and we should get a better tactician.

Neil Lennon is the man for the job, without a doubt. The thing is though he doesn't have the ability for the job.

    It's time to go.

In fact, if he is still Celtic manager by tonight I'll be extremely disappointed. He should be walking immediately.

The board aren't perfect and if I was a billionaire I'd be giving Celtic more, sure, but he spent millions on Bangura ffs. He can't be trusted with money.

My own vote was for Neil to go, our recent record just isn't good enough and I can't see it getting better any time soon. Since Inverness last season we've been in free fall.

I'm still 100% behind Lennon. There is something wrong within the club at the moment, that is absolutely obvious, but until we know exactly what it is then I'll Keep the Faith with the manager.

I'm not having a go at anyone mate, I'm asking a question about our manager. At the end of the day the manager picks the team, the manager chooses the tactics and in reality we have a team that should be running over the whole SPL (ugly Huns included) like a steamroller, but we're not.

Not sure what is happening at our club, but i am starting to doubt Lenny.

I will still back him and support him,but something drastic needs to be done,to go from the fight we had last year,to the attitude the past while this season,is alarming.

I really think he has been let down by a couple of players and it was quite obvious today who they were ,Now wether he keeps them or turns them around is down to him but im with Lennon just now because of the above ,some players are not at the races for some reason,it is'nt all down to Lennon but yes it will come back to him.

I cant believe at 9 points behind, maybe 12 by the end of the day that anyone can think Lenny is the man for the job. Lenny really does have a cult and is not judged remotely like any other manager would be. This is the 3rd season Lenny has been managing us.
