they should get you choose if you want to play against a higher rated team..or can you do that already?

 

AFAIK you can only play higher rated teams vs the quick un-ranked menu.. I hate playing un-ranked because i always play amazing when theres nothing at stake

 

If I ever get Leicester again and that wee * Beckford scores against me again when I'm Celtic I think I'll actually put the controller through the telly.

 

LOL.. The player i hate is Swansea's Dobbie!! Every * game he just bullies my defenders.

I also hate Henry!!! The amount of folk who use NYRB's and then shoot with Henry from every conceivable angle and distance is very annoying.

What i do like though is every team at this level have a pure standout. In Celtic it's Hooper and Ki. Hooper rarely misses and Ki is soooooooo good at taking digs from outside the box. I play him in CAM so he tends to get dead tired around the 60mins mark then i switch commons to cam and bring paddy on at left mid..... wait, i'm rambling on here..

 

I think i played with 8 different teams during one season and got promoted. Love being matched against similarly rated teams

Ki has * fitness I always have to take him off early in manager mode.

Playing through a career mode with AC Milan and have been using my pro upfront and he is really improving well.........just broke his ankle and is out for 3 months!

I like the new injury system, but ffs, not my pro

Just beat Middlesbrough with Celtic on head to head seasons, Hooper with 6 goals Stokes with 1.

 

i like the new system makes it a lot fairer IMO.better than playing madrid or chelsea all the time and all the guys do is give it to ronaldo or drogba all the time.

 

although sometimes on fifa 11 if you picked a lower ranked team if the guy you were playing was alright he picked a similar ranked team although 9/10 they never

 

Yeah, it's pretty cool lol I've had it said a few times today and once really enthusiastically after a goal Also mentioned Christmas/Halloween. :icon_mrgreen:

His fitness is appalling.


If i don't take him off on or around the 60min mark it affects my entire team and i ship silly goals (not a joke btw) so i normally sub him for mc'court or forrest.

 

dont rate Ki on fifa this year.seem to be in the minority though.maybe he just doesnt suit my formation.i play 4-2-4 with forrest and commons out on the wings.

 

Ki is a beast if used correctly. For example he has a really high rating for long shots so can be played as a cam or similar and just get it to him all the time lol

but he also has great long passing so i like to play him as 1 of 2 CDM's and send good balls up to my wingers/strikers. The only issues i have with him is his very * pace, his * fitness and his lack of first touch. Sometimes he takes like an age just to spin a guy! Annoying to say the least. That all said though... he's always in my first team because of his passing and long shot.

EDIT: Joebhoy.. would be really hard to play Ki in a 424.. You really need recovery pace for that formation.

He's well suited in a 352, thats what i use (although it's my own variation) in-fact all our players are very adaptable to a 352, i think thats why i enjoy it over any of the 4 ATB formations.

 

I signed Robert Green and he's been brilliant, I've also got Marshal, Zaluska and Cervi (I just don't have the heart to sell them so I gave them a cup run ).
I also bought Holt but Stokes and Hooper partnership is back so Holt is now on the transfer list.

I also bought templeton later on in the season an I won all trophies available.
I'm now onto my second season and I'm still trying to get a hold of John Sutton because I couldn't get him last season because he just moved to hearts so he didn't want to move again.

Why would you want Sutton if you have Holt?

 

Ki is valued at something like £12m in FIFA. I didn't think he'd be worth that much, especially because it's higher than both Hooper and Jelavic.
